La ubicación y el restaurante y las suites

Cons:

Los canales de tv no tenían el mundial. El colchón un poco duro y falta un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en la alberca.

Pros:

Buen desayuno y ubicación del hotel. Buena atención de parte de la recepción. Buena disposición para resolver dudas y cuestionamientos. Buena ubicación del estacionamiento

Cons:

La habitación 229 olía muy mal ( a encerrado) aunque se abrieran las ventanas. Las tuallas y las sábanas olían mal como si no las hubieran cambiado en semanas. Tenian servicio de skype que no funcionó. El baño muy pequeño e incomodo. Me pareció que me la dieron porque no había de otra. Se oía una bomba (como de agua) que no dejaba dormir.

El hotel es bonito, le falta un poco de cuidado a las instalaciones en general, pero bien

Cons:

Al momento del check-in la señorita del mostrador estaba platicando con otra empleada y me dijo que me esperara y ella siguió platicando muy tranquila y no parecía que hablara de trabajo, si hubiera sido un huésped estoy de acuerdo, pero no es primero el cliente?

Los servicios que ofrece y la atención del personal muy atentos si duda volvería a regresar. Me encantó la comida y la Habitacion soy Mirada su hija de Daniel 🤗

Por la mañana en fin de semana, si hay eventos públicos del centro en la zona que se ubica el hotel algo de ruido pero nada fuera de los normal
