Ambiente de provincia y con mucha tanquilidad
Pros:

La ubicación excelente , el desayuno muy bueno, la atención del personal del restaurante excelente y de la recepción , muy buena . La decoración del hotel da un ambiente de provincia. Tranquilo y calido.

Cons:

La limpieza del cuarto, la falta de renovación de utensilios de baño . Mal estado de chapa de la puerta de terraza que da al jardín.
Las información e indicaciones de la recepción incompleta en cuanto a detalles del servicio de utensilios de baño.
La falta de renovación de mobiliaria deteriorado , le baja mucho la calidad de la imagen del hotel.
En el paso que me hospedó en ese hotel, las instalaciones en general excelente , hoy no es así.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en general el hotel es muy lindo y el desayuno buffet es bueno.

Cons:

las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento, es edificio antiguo que conserva estructuras originales muy bellas, pero el desgaste se nota en las habitaciones y baños.

Estupendo. Volveré a hospedarme en ese lugar cuando vuelva a Tlaxcala.

EL desayuno sin duda lo mejor del hotel. Sabroso y variado.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent.

The rooms need a bit of renovation, such as fresh paint for the walls, new toilet seats, better mattresses

Excelente ubicacion del hotel
Pros:

La ubicacion fue lo mejor, esta excelente en el centro de la ciudad, el desayuno es buffet y esta rico(no es el mejor que he probado pero es bueno), el personal fue amable en todo momento. La habitacion tuve la posibilidad de entrar antes del check-in y estuvo limpia.

Cons:

El internet de la television estaba un poco lento y la regadera del baño el agua se salia y si hacia un pequeño charco, estaria bien revisar esa parte y que sellen para que se mantenga seco el resto del baño.
