Pros:

Les personnel très très bien.

Cons:

Pendant 2semaine ,ils ont changé qu’une seule fois les draps,les serviettes.et ni thé ni café. Si on réservait par jour ils étaient obligés de changer les draps et le reste tout les jours.je ne comprends pas la politique de la maison 🫪en plus si pour 2 semaines je payais 200€de moins je comprendrai, mais c’était pas le cas.merci

Emplacement idéal avec parking
Pros:

Son emplacement en plein centre ville.

Cons:

L’établissement est un peu vieillissant. Nous y séjournons depuis plusieurs années. Au départ tout était parfait mais nous constatons que le mobilier et le bâtiment ne sont pas trop entretenus et pas remis au goût du jour.

Excellent accueil et une propreté impeccable.
Pros:

Le personnel nous a réserver un accueil excellent, une équipe très sympathique. La chambre est très propre et bien équipée.
Bravo à l'équipe.

Cons:

C'est surtout le parking qui se remplit vite. Du coup, assez difficile de trouver une place de parking en dehors de l'établissement, mais ce n'est pas impossible.

Gedateerd hotel
Pros:

Er was een keukentje in de kamer. Parkeren kon tegen betaling van 10 euro in de garage onder het hotel.
Gelukkig airco aanwezig want het was heel warm toen wij er waren.
Niet heel ver van het centrum met een kathedraal en mooie oude bruggen.

Cons:

Het hotel is gedateerd en kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
Het is eigenlijk geen hotel omdat er ook mensen wonen (résidence).
Ons hondje was toegestaan in het hotel tegen extra kosten maar het ontbijt (tegen extra kosten) moesten we doordat we de hond bij ons hadden, nuttigen in de ruimte van de receptie op een bank en salontafel. Dit hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt maar dat zijn de regels van de résidence werd ons gezegd. We mochten ook niet buiten op het terras ontbijten want dan moest ons hondje eerst een stukje door de ontbijtzaal...

très bon séjour, environnement et appartement calme, lits confortables.,

le calme, la climatisation

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir accès à l'installation extérieure qui m'a semblé réservée aux petits déjeuners. mais cela n'altère en rien la qualité de l'hébergement.
