Pros:

Absolutely fantastic price for this hotel. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the room was awesome for our needs (2 queens, a sofa, a desk, honestly tons of space). The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Great bargain and great location.

Cons:

Nothing. Great hotel.

Pros:

The hotel staff member that checked us in was nice.

Cons:

We were only in our room for about 3 hours before deciding to check out of Room 206 at midnight after noticing several roaches. I made staff aware of why we were checking out early, there wasn't even an offer to put us in another room, No refund or anything was simply told ok a note would be made for the general manager.

Disappointing
Cons:

I made my reservation through Bookings.com for 2 rooms. On arrival I was told COmfort Suites was only paid for 1 room of the two rooms reserved. I was forced to pay again for the second room.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Everything was clean. People were friendly. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bed was comfortable. Really checked all the boxes!

Cons:

We paid online through booking.com, but had to pay 150 for a deposit. Luckily, we had cash, and got the money back right away. Had we paid with a card, it would've taken up to a month to get the deposit back.
