Great stay in Cape Town
Pros:

Very good hotel with excellent facilities, an amazing breakfast buffet, and friendly, professional staff. The hotel's location is very convenient for sightseeing.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of noise from the street, and the breakfast room felt crowded.

Pros:

I lost my phone and Azeiz the gentleman from Reception was exceptionally kind, he helped me contact the taxi company and stayed with me until my phone was returned. Customer service and care at its best!

My visit to Table mountain.
Pros:

Cresta Grande was amazing. Clean and very friendly staff. Changed rooms as the first one was noisy but i got an anazing room 1207 facing The table mountain. Quite, spacious and airly. I will definately come back. PS: I hope by then you will have upgranded the carpets, mattressess and the curtains.

Great location with excellent staff.
Pros:

Cresta Grande has great location, excellent breakfast and most helpful staff.

Cons:

The staff member we asked to get us a taxi'uber who just got one of his friends to take us to an airport hotel for more than double what we had paid to get to the hotel on arrival. Not good!

Solo Birthday Trip
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and attractions within easy reach. I visited on a solo trip to celebrate my 35th birthday 🎂, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

From the moment I arrived , the reception staff were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and encouraged to reach out if I needed anything. I also appreciated the staff member assisted with my heavy luggage 🧳 😀 upon arrival which is a thoughtful service not all hotels provide.

The breakfast was delicious, with wide variety of options to choose from. My room offered an amazing view of Table mountain and the beautiful lights at night made the scenery even more spectacular.

Overall, I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly ,professional and always willing to help . Thank you for making my trip so memorable. 💝

Amazing staff, great location, room was good, breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Bed was nice for the first few days, after a week I noticed some discomfort (not that the bed was bad, just different from the one at home)

Cresta Grande Cape Town is very safe and comfortable
Pros:

Central Cape Town, friendly, clean, most convenient and with the best views of the table mountain. All staff, especially Manager Jean-Pierre, restaurant supervisor Elson, barman Ronald, Kevin, Ntombokeye were amazing.

Pros:

Great breakfast. The omelette lady was brilliant with a photgraphic memory!
Brilliant location.

Cons:

Poor arrnagement of travel to the airport by one of the concierges which was a rip off for one of his mates.
