Important information:

Please note that on Stadium MK event days, such as MK Dons home football matches, the hotel, car park and immediate vicinity will be busier than normal. This tends to be during Tuesday evenings between 18:30 until 19:45, 21:30 until 22:30 and Saturdays 14:00 until 15:00 and 17:00 and 18:00. Please just ask for more information.

Due to football regulations live games cannot be viewed from bedrooms; guests must have a valid match ticket.

The hotel may pre-authorize the guest's card for any extras that may be charged to the room during your stay. Please provide information to the front desk on how you will pay for any extras.

Good and Bad
Pros:

Extremely comfortable bed!

Ease of access to all day gig in the stadium and enabled us to come and go between artists.

Fantastic breakfast with great stadium views.

Cons:

On arrival we found the car park immediately In front of the hotel was full, so I jumped out of the car and asked the chap in charge on the door where we could park.

He basically said we'd struggle to find anywhere close at that time of day (12:30pm) considering there was a music event on and said we'd have to try somewhere on the nearby retail park.

He failed to direct us to car park W2, which is the large overflow car park for the hotel and is literally just across the road from the hotel!!!

We found this out from a very kind parking attendant at the rear of the stadium after 30 minutes of driving around and getting stuck in retail traffic etc.

This caused unnecessary stress and anger.

Didn’t appear to clean the room every day- okay they do say they change the bed linen every 3 days unless you ask for it.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The price was reasonable excellent value for money
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, polite, and professional. They were always welcoming and happy to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, with fresh, clean bedding. The lifts were always available, and the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and give it 10 out of 10.

Great location for events in the stadium
Pros:

The location for attending a concert in the stadium is excellent. Cookie on arrival was a nice touch. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the furnishings in the room were quite worn, the desk chair was ready for the skip. We had to wait a few minutes for Reception to confirm with housekeeping that the room was ready, which we weren't expecting as we arrived an hour or so after the check in time, no major problem though. The room was a long walk from reception, again not a major problem for us but a consideration for someone with mobility issues.

The perfect hotel for a Milton Keynes experience.
Pros:

Position was fantastic as we were going to the Milton Keynes stadium. We arrived early as our concert started at 12oc and we could check in and had breakfast.

Unorganised in terms of having a large event and accommodating during an event. My comments are aimed at the event staff
Pros:

Room was clean and nice

Cons:

Lack of organisation and communication with event staff , stupid jobs worth stewards not using common sense and confusing them selves as police.
