Please note that on Stadium MK event days, such as MK Dons home football matches, the hotel, car park and immediate vicinity will be busier than normal. This tends to be during Tuesday evenings between 18:30 until 19:45, 21:30 until 22:30 and Saturdays 14:00 until 15:00 and 17:00 and 18:00. Please just ask for more information.

Due to football regulations live games cannot be viewed from bedrooms; guests must have a valid match ticket.

The hotel may pre-authorize the guest's card for any extras that may be charged to the room during your stay. Please provide information to the front desk on how you will pay for any extras.

Staff are a credit to this hotel (the 2 reception girls we met in our brief time)

Cons:

The 1 bed for a adult and 15 year old !!! Strange that ANYONE would consider that ok, cancelled and went somewhere else, staff were amazing at the reasoning for my cancellation.
The room stank and i mean STANK of damp

Cons:

When we arrived i had 3 rooms booked and one of the receptionist gave one of the room to someone else by mistake. This left one of my family with out a room for 1 day. Not at all happy. Awaiting a refund for that day.😡

Pros:

We have stayed here several times 👍

Cons:

Unfortunately the springs in the mattress were ridiculously noisy , making it impossible not to turn over without waken each other up ! So a sleepless night was had . Did report the fact to reception

Pros:

Great location. Lots of facilities and the room was comfortable and roomy.

Cons:

I was given a key card for a room at reception. However, someone had already been allocated the room when I got there 😱 their toiletries in the bathroom and wardrobe filled with their clothes. I left very quickly and luckily they were not in the room, it could have been very embarrassing and awkward for us all. I returned to reception, given another room key and told it was near the lift. It was further from the lifts than the previous room, but it was vacant and I had a nice 2 night stay.

Ideal location for an event there, room was very good, only disappointment was the breakfast food.
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast food offering was poor, the quality of cooking was not up to scratch, with bacon and sausages undercooked, so much so that I just restricted myself to cereals, which is disappointing as I booked with a breakfast included tariff.

Great location for the MK centre. Large clean hotel, friendly staff.

Cons:

Had to pay £10 for 24hrs parking (this was discounted normally £2 per hour) Breakfast was plentiful but buffet style and quality was average

Excellent Location. Everything around the hotel you could ask for, in the way of eateries.
Pros:

We were so impressed that when we got to our room, we could watch the football opposite from the Corridor Window! We watched the last 20 minutes, and saw 3 goals go in! Milton Keynes v Reading.
The room was beautiful and clean. We had Cod and Chips in the Pitchside Restaurant which was Perfect!
Highly Recommend.

Cons:

The room was a bit chilly, but we had baths which warmed us up. The water was lovely and hot.
