Great location to walk into downtown Nashville, clean room and bathroom
The staff were friendly, and the room was a good size with plenty of countertop space. The room was clean, and it was probably the quietest hotel we've stayed in during our visit to Nashville.
The toilet was LOW. As a tall man, that was not pleasant. The bed was also incredibly firm. I know there are those who prefer a firm bed, but had I known, I would have opted for a room with something akin to a pillowtop.
Great location for what we needed
Not all the lights worked inside the room
Property and hotel staff were great!!
Did not know i had to pay to park, was an unexpected expense and the elevator in the garage was not working during my whole stay.
Good location
Good working Elevators
Close to the downtown
I have to ask for the remote tv .I asked at 3:30 and the employee bring me at 7:00 pm.The breakfast not variety
Great stuff and super comfortable beds in nice room. Location right off the expressway and close enough to main entertainment.

Star at the front desk was so helpful!

Weekend getaway with family. The bartender Ash was awesome! He gave good recommendations, remembered our names and was very personable. I would recommend him for bartend anywhere.
The staff at the Hilton Garden in Nashville/Vanderbilt were amazing. From the very moment that our group walked through the door, we were met the most welcoming dispositions the staff at the front desk and the house staff made us feel valued every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that we had an incredible stay. Quiana, was definitely the Jewel in the crown of our experience. Every day that we saw her, she checked in with us to make sure we knew where the best restaurants were and to make sure that we were having the best experience, not just at the hotel but in Nashville overall.
There was one staff member that we encountered at the very end of our stay. When we were checking out. That individual is 100% the opposite of everyone else on the staff, that we encountered. That person possesses the type of personality that should be checking in people at Mount doom in middle earth, where Sauron is the manager. However, when I reached out to the management about the experience that my group encountered when checking out, the manager was very understanding, gracious, and made me feel very valued, and that my voice was heard, and that the issue would be addressed. She even offered ways to compensate for that check out experience we had.
I would advise anyone if you are taking a trip to Nashville to be sure that this establishment is a place that you would stay if you want to experience the best of southern hospitality.
The hotel was really nice but what made it great was the staff. Sandra and Breonna went above and beyond to help my elderly aunt and myself. We could not figure out our airline tickets going home. They helped us to be able to get everything in order. I also want to say that it was so nice to have smiling happy employees to greet you when you come in and out.
indoor pool beds were comfortable thank god for free coffee i would've like to eat there but couldn't afford it do to the parking fee
45 dollars a nite for parking, i may understand 45 dollars for parking for the stay for a nite BS because of that i will not return
Nakita with PMC valet was a wonderful experience, both personable and professional! Took great care in delivering the information and setting everything up! Highly recommended!
The front desk did a great job getting me checked in and ensuring I was informed about hotel amenities and nearby offerings.
The pool.
They gave me someone else’s room. Parking was $45 and breakfast was 15-20 dollars a person. Elevators were out of order and I had to assist my handicap son down them.
Th lighting was awful. It dint even light up the whole room. It was like having a few night lights. The tv didn’t work. My fridge didn’t work and I complained twice and no one fixed it.
The over night lady was extremely rude.
