It was okay!
Pros:

The corner room was nice! I loved the layout of the room. Hotel itself is really nice. The check out staff was really nice, Kayla in particular.

Cons:

Check in times weren’t great at all. The Check-In hotel staff/employee had a bit of an attitude and couldn’t tell if we had a room when it was clearly in the system, because I called to see if we could get in our room a bit sooner, the room was booked 2.5 weeks in advance. Air conditioning was not the best at all. Room was not cooling off.

Good location for tourist attractions...
Pros:

Comfortable beds ,good location central for all attractions if you don't want the noise of Broadway... friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast didn't have much options and was not buffet during the week,no cerals choice which we found strange and no safe in the room....other than that it was better than we expected after reading some of the reviews...

Pros:

It was easy to locate and had clean, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

When we checked in, our suite had a water leak therefore given an alternative room. To make up for the price, free breakfast was awarded to us.
With there being a leak, there was no water, which in itsrlf is not ideal. Luckily, we were heading out!
