On July 19, 2025, the government will conduct public gas rectification maintenance outside the hotel premises. During this time, guests may experience noise disturbances between 15:00 and 21:00. Additionally, the hot water supply may be affected from 23:00 to 06:00.

Great location, clean, comfy and a nice easy check in
Pros:

Nice location for getting around the city, rooms were comfortable and clean, no breakfast so can't comment on that, staff was nice and I'd stay again for sure!

The location was superb, the hotel was quiet and the pool was really well located. It was a wonderful neighbourhood with lots of interesting shops and the market just across the road. We were able to easily find a place to eat breakfast or have our evening meal or even just wonder and taking some of the culture of the neighbourhood.

Cons:

Our initial room was quite a small one, but we upgraded to a slightly larger room.

Pros:

员工们都很友善很helpful，附近很多餐厅，环境安静。交通很方便。

Cons:

这次住的是没窗口，整间房间很潮湿，我的衣服都有一股酸臭味，地上都很潮湿，吹风筒是很老旧，我吹好久哦🙄下次还是住有窗口的，希望下次不会让我失望😞

Pros:

A very nice boutique hotel, not much to add.
Location is very close to Havelock metro station, there's a market with a food court across the street, and numerous cafes and restaurants around the area.
Overall very good price performance hotel

Cons:

The lift broke as we were checking out at 3am in the morning, a member of staff helped us with our very heave luggage though.

Great location, value for money with pool.
Pros:

Great location and pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is great to cool down from a hot day. Subway close by.

Cons:

Rooms could have been slightly larger, but are generally comfortable and modern.

Pros:

The location is great with lots of food and transport nearby. The room was quiet and cool with good comfortable bedding. There is a small swimming pool which is great for a hot afternoon.

場所が最高。周囲に素敵な飲食店が点在している。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が低かった。直して貰えたのかもしれないが、疲れて早く寝たかったのでそのまま我慢して使用した。

Pros:

The location was amazing. The shower was brilliant. It was nice to have a swimming pool when we were hot from sight seeing.

Cons:

The staff weren’t always very engaged with their customers. We were ignored a few times rather than being greeted. The room was very small for what we paid.
