Amazing staff. Always felt welcome.
Pros:

Pool. But it is quite deep. However it does close reasonably early. No opportunity for an evening dip.
Buffet breakfast had a great selection. Like most of Asia food is never hot except freshly made eggs.
Good size rooms.
Filtered water cooler in room.
Good location to local eateries and bars.

Cons:

Kitchen area could have done with a good clean.

So good!
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of choices. The pool outside my sliding door was delightful and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable and best of all, there was fresh filtered water available outside my door, and along all the corridors. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

That i couldn't stay longer or eat more food at breakfast!

Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu, blisko do lotniska i oceanu.

Cons:

Niestety jedzenie kompletnie nam nie smakowało, bardzo się zawiodłam. Do tego spa nie spełniło moich oczekiwań, zapisałam się na masaż, który odbył się w kompletnej ciszy, bez żadnej muzyki w tle oraz Pani masażystka ziewała co jakiś czas.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel felt like a community, and while I only spent 5 nights here, the staff made an exceptional effort to remember my name, my room number and even seating preferences at breakfast. Speaking of the breakfast, this buffet was probably the most varied and delicious selection of foods I’ve been offered from any hotel in Bali. My room was exceptionally clean and the property itself is vast, with a stunning rooftop view and restaurant. I was very pleased with the service here, the staff were always proactive and warm, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I did not dislike anything.
