Sincere consideration for consumers

The location is good. But the room condition isn’t good need to be improved, and the shower room is too small.

In the BURG HOTEL, I went through something absurd. If breakfast is optional, I usually don’t choose European breakfasts. When I booked for two adults(me and wife) through Bookings.com, it showed that for an additional 15 euros, breakfast would be included. I thought it could be a something special offer, so I booked it that way. However, at check-in, the staff said that only one person could have breakfast. It is extremely unusual for only one person to have breakfast when a reservation was made for two. When I complained, the male staff said it was a technical problem. I told how a customer could have known about the relationship between Booking.com and BURG HOTEL, he said it was my fault for making reservation through Booking.com. As someone who had been traveling in Europe for over a month having financial leeway, it was extremely upsetting.

In the meanwhile, another female staff seemed to be trying her best, I endured and let it go. I hope the BURG HOTEL will cultivate a sincere and devoted attitude toward consumers.

Central beliggende hotel med dejlig morgenmad og parkering i nærheden .
Pros:

Hotellet lå perfekt i forhold til den gamle bymidte og værelset var ok og med en god morgenmad .
Der var parkeringskælder lige i hærheden som fungerede perfekt .

Cons:

Det var meget varmt og der var ikke aircondition på værelset , men der var en fan så det var ok .

I would book here again without hesitation.
Pros:

Anka at the front desk was awesome. So helpful, even heated up my leftover restaurant dinner for me for lunch. Gave great recommendations and made us feel so welcome. Room was large and comfortable with a large wardrobe cabinet. Above all - location couldn't be better. Steps from the key sights.

Cons:

Luckily it wan't too hot because there is no AC. During our stay there was street construction at the entrance - but that was no fault of the hotel.

Top Lage und Frühstück.
Pros:

Top Lage in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist ein Genuss! Die Matratzen waren eher hart, aber sehr gut zum Schlafen. Es ist alles sehr sauber.
Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Keller hatte ich am Abend sogar ganz für mich alleine.

Cons:

Dass die Einfichtung alt ist, hat seinen eigenen Charme. Schade war, dass eine Lampe im Bad defekt war.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Nuremberg à pied. UnTarif préférentiel pour un parking à proximité 18 euros/jour.

Gute service, vielfaltiges Frühstück, gute Lage, schönes Bad mit Dusche, Schwimmbad herrlich zum auffrischen, viel Parkplatz ziemlich nah und mit Minibar, für eigene mitgebrachte Sachen. Also: keine einzige Bemerkung. Auch das Bett ist lang genug für grosse Personen.
