Exceptional Globalist Recognition and Outstanding Service at Hyatt RDU

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt RDU and wanted to highlight the outstanding service I received. As a Globalist member, I truly felt recognized and valued throughout my visit.

Maddie at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. She proactively arranged an upgrade and secured connecting rooms for me, which made a significant difference in comfort and convenience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm attitude set the tone for the entire stay.

Nice hotel but a couple or disappointments
Pros:

Searched for a long time for a hotel with a pool near the airport . It was 89 degrees out and the pool was closed. Super disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good but not restocked for efficiently. No forks, very low on tea bags, out of syrup, hot water...also had someone above me with very very loud footsteps. Not very soundproof. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the shuttle driver. Hotel was clean. Make sure you ask if the pool is open and maybe request a room with no one above you!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet perfect for relaxing.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was super clean, better than expected. The pictures did not do justice. Great part of town and easy to get around. Breakfast stayed open late on Sunday and check put was later which helped with 2 kids.

Pros:

The location was nice . I was able to go on walks with my dog comfortably. For most part the property was clean. But I did see trash outside the property where people had left their trash from eating.

Cons:

The hallways had smells of different foods. I usually go to the Hyatt House on Chapel Hill Rd because it always smells amazing and very clean. It was very surprising to see trash on the property and the smell of the hallway. I expected that it would be the same at all the Hyatt House hotels.
