Hacer fila para poder desayunar. Deberían habilitar más lugares en lis dias que tengan alta demanda
El trato con el cliente en recepción es de los mejores, se nota el distintivo en el trato al cliente. Por otra parte, la habitación me pareció excelente, la calidad de la iluminación muy bien, el detalle que tuvieron para mi esposa y yo al llegar a la habitación muy lindo, ya que nos habíamos casado ese mismo día y luego llegamos al hotel.
No es que no me guste, pero en cuanto a la competencia, el horario de desayuno es hasta las 10 am, cuando en otros lugares es hasta las 11 u 12 hrs, en días de semana.
la habitación era cómoda, pero tuve llamar a mantención porque la cafetera dejó de funcionar y varios enchufes también
El ruido exterior. Se escucha mucho cuando alguien habla por el pasillo y los gritos de los niños de otra habitaciones. deberían aplicar cargos a los huéspedes que no controlan a sus hijos.

The shower curtain kept blowing in on me. Would love the curved shower curtain rod to prevent that.
