El personal no es muy amable, falta de información y un día se quedaron sin agua caliente y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua helada porque tardaron mucho en arreglarla

Él yacuzi estaba tomado por horas, pero nunca estaba con gente.
Todo bien excepto las almohadas, están muy deterioradas, la primera noche incluso dormí súper mal debido al mal estado deterioradas las almohadas
Las almohadas muy viejas y deformadas y ademas tuvimos problemas von el guardia que controla el acceso al estacionamiento subterraneo del hotel, nis atendió muy mal, muy prepotente
Habitación cómoda, cafetera de cortesía, muy buen desayuno.
Se acabaron las Batas para spa y no avisaron, tampoco habían las pantuflas que ofrecían.
