Very satisfied
Pros:

When we got there we had booked 2 queens and a pull out sofa as there were 3 adults and 2 children and there weren't any. The gentleman at the desk quickly resolved the issue and he was quite gracious in doing so. He did a great job.

Everything was great, except no coffee was available at 930am.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Room had no coffee in it and when we went to lobby at 930am, breakfast was over and the coffee machines were being cleaned, so no coffee was available on the property. I dont understand how this was even possible.

A quick getaway for one night!

Pros:

I liked that it was within a few miles of everything.

Cons:

The 2 things that we didn't like was finding a parking spot each time we returned because the parking lot was small. I think the restaurant next door overflowed into the hotels parking lot also one of the elevators wasn't working.

Cons:

No coffee available in the room. We had to go down three floors to get coffee in the morning. The breakfast was subpar even for a two star hotel. It was obvious the owner was cutting costs where ever possible.

Will stay again great room clean

Poor customer service
Pros:

I was very disappointed in this hotel for several reasons. First of all, the hair dryer did not work. When I called the front desk to request another one the young gentleman working the counter said he had to come to room to check it. When he showed up to the room and tried it, he discovered that I did indeed know what I was doing and brought another one. Secondly, we went out for an expensive dinner and brought home 2 meals that were leftover that we were going to enjoy the next evening for dinner. We put both meals in the refrigerator that was cold. When we went to get our dinners the next evening the refrigerator was warm as was the food so we had to throw it out. What a waste of money. When we told the same gentleman about it the next evening, he again said he had to go check. Low and behold, he discovered that the refrigerator was indeed not working. Said there was nothing he could do about it. Thirdly, upon checking out, we were told the charges had already posted to my card on file and that they could not change it. I have at many different hotels been able to change credit cards upon check out. I even spoke with the woman who I assume was the manager and she said the same thing. I definitely would never stay at this property again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

They lied to us
Pros:

The room was large enough

Cons:

They changed the breakfast hours that's why our travel lacrosse team stayed there .it was from 6 am to 9 am so we had to be at the fields at 7am ,then they changed itbtob6:30,and our kids went without breakfast. Also new owners started charging for parking i will never book them again or with booking.
