Pros:

Hotel gran, molt net, amb tots els serveis possibles: gran piscina, esmorzar buffet, servei de bar i restaurant i inclòs una botiga a dins. Personal molt amable i a disposició dels hostes. Ens van oferir fruita de benvinguda. Nevera dins l'habitació tot i que no refredava gaire.

Cons:

L'únic que diria és que per pujar a les habitacions has de donar molta volta i trigues una estona.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. Tout le personnel est extrêmement souriant, accueillant et serviable, en particulier les agents de sécurité, l’équipe de la réception et le personnel du bar. On se sent bienvenu dès l’arrivée.

L’hôtel est très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenu. Malgré la chaleur du mois de juin à l’extérieur, l’intérieur de l’hôtel est agréablement frais et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance et la qualité du service. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit confortable et accueillant pour leurs vacances.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på El Mouradi Hotel. Personalet var svært vennlige, profesjonelle og alltid hjelpsomme. De hjalp oss med å bestille en veldig rimelig og godt organisert privat utflukt med komfortabel SUV og en profesjonell sjåfør.
Turen inkluderte blant annet Ong Jmel, Chebika og flere av de kjente innspillingsstedene fra Star Wars. Alt var godt planlagt, og vi følte oss trygge og godt ivaretatt gjennom hele dagen.

Pros:

The swimming pool was great. The views from the room to the pool and desert perfect. Staff was very helpful (especially Wajdi!). We were allowed to enjoy the swimming pool in the afternoon after checking out at noon.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk to town in the heat ( but of course you can take a taxi or horse car)

Ampio hotel con piscina e facile accesso

Cons:

Arriviamo in moto e ci fanno parcheggiare dietro la struttura in un cantiere con vetri rotti e materiali, viti e altro sparsi a terra.
Camera con sabbia sul pavimento, acqua calda non sempre disponibile. Bene ma non benissimo.

On a du paye un supmlement (une sorte de taxe d’apres l’hotel) qui n’etait pas mentionne dans la reservation booking, la premiere fois qu’on me facture ca en tunisie (ou ailleurs)

Le bâtiment est somptueux, grand, la piscine superbe.
Le personnel est vraiment au top, tout le monde a été très souriant et aimable.
Décor des chambres certes un peu vieillissant mais ça fait très largement l'affaire et ça ne rend pas l'établissement moins bien .
Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Petit déjeuner suffisamment varié, omelettes très bonnes, crêpes aussi, machines à café top.
Je reviendrai.
