Das teuerste Hotel unserer Reise, aber nicht das Beste.
Pros:

Es war alles so weit in Ordnung. Nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Es gab keine Smoking-Area. Das Zimmer sollte 16 qm groß sein, aber es wirkte wesentlich kleiner. Die Betten waren nur 90 cm breit. Es gab kein Fernsehen, nur VoD und davon sehr viele Pornos.

Dark horse of a hotel, stay here for a wonderful time in Tokyo!!
Pros:

We booked this hotel for our two week trip to Tokyo, we left the hotel for 4 nights whilst we went to Kyoto, however we were satisfied this would be of no problem, due to the level of customer service and communication we had from this hotel and it's staff
The rooms had enough space for two people and maximum luggage (4 big suitcases and 2 little carry on bags etc) the beds were clean and comfy.
Laundry services were available and reasonably priced, we lucked into the times to do Laundry (8pm-11pm is usually when there's no wait for the washing machines)
Area is close enough to two train stations (under a 15 mins slow stroll) area feels very very safe too.
Upto a 5 minute walk away you have 7/11 x2, and Lawson, I also think there is a FamilyMart but we didn't go into it.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, and amenities were plentyful.
We had our towels and room cleaned every 3 days, and all instructions were provided.
We had a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, hanging facilities in the room for clothes, shampoos, bodywash, coffee.
Also everything else you would need was provided at reception, toothbrushes wipes etc all provided free,
Staff were so kind, attentive and helpful, nothing was ever too much,
Overall this is an amazing smaller hotel, and depending on prices I will definitely look to return on my next Japan trip.

Cons:

Nothing, we rarely hear any other guests, however our room 1001 was a room on its own with only one above and below, none to the side, however it had EVERYTHING you will ever need.

Pros:

受け付けのスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。周辺の地図を用意して色もつけて下さりわかりやすく助かりました。又チェックアウトに遅れる連絡をいれると時間のお許しも延長代取ることなく対応ありがとうございました。

Cons:

最寄り駅から徒歩で何分と書かれてたのですが、荷物もあるせいか、まだかまだかと結構歩きました、冷凍庫が付いてないのでアイスは入れれませんコンセント枕元付近にプラグさしが1つしかなくUSB専用だったり使い勝手が悪かったです
