Excellent location, facilities and room
Pros:

Amenities and room were excellent especially at the price point

Cons:

Thought the Hamamatsucho station was walkable, it was abit of a journey with the luggages from the hotel. Especially if it rains. Not the best situation, but given the price paid and good hotel, it was worth the extra effort.

Gutes Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Weiß gar nicht was manche hier für Ansprüche haben: ein Top Hotel, sauber und nettes Personal. Auch die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse voll ok von der Größe, vor allem für den Preis. Und Lage ist auch Top!

Cons:

Wenn dann das Frühstück. Es ist zwar etwas eintönig aber kann man trotzdem gut essen.

Excellent Villa Fontaine
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and excellent 16-Sqm (compared to other Hotels in Japan), the facilities were good and the staff was very helpful. Overall value for money. Great stay !

Pros:

空間還算夠用 服務人員親切用心
房間設施符合需求

Cons:

位置離車站稍遠且附近沒有Luup站點
房間的空調安裝位置非常有問題 出風就對著臉直吹 非常難受
即使將風向調整至下吹還是會有餘風吹至臉上
且就算將風量調至最小 大概每隔半小時風量就會自動調高5分鐘 無法理解

Pros:

チェックインの時にスタッフさんがいて案内してくれた。リファのヘアアイロン無料貸し出しとスキンケアも雪肌精が試せてよかった。お部屋も清潔感があった。

Cons:

駅から若干歩く。それ以外はとくにない。良い点の方が多い。
