Pros:

チェックイン・アウト時サービスがとても良かったです。
1組ずつ丁寧な声掛けと説明をしていただけました。

Cons:

清掃なしとの事だったので、タオル交換が部屋に入室してだと思わなかった。
また、サニタリーの袋の補充がなかった。

Great place for the value
Pros:

Good location to many parts of the city. Small but functional room. Lobby and reception was underground, which was not expected, but was interesting feature. Liked that the amenities were located in the lobby for one's choosing. Enjoyed the free coffee and tea throughout the day.

Cons:

No public onsen or spa to use in addition to bathroom, but understand that it would have been difficult to have in such a location. We liked almost everything about the hotel.

行き先の交通アクセス丁寧に教えてくださり。優しい方でした。

Pleasant staff, typically small Tokyo rooms, efficient business hotel
Pros:

The location was great! If you just need a bed for the night, this is the place for you.

Cons:

I traveled for work, so I would have liked to have had a desk in my room. But that's my fault for not booking a hotel with desks.

ロビー（フロント）がわかりづらかった。
ホテルから最寄りの駅まで、少し距離があった事。
朝食が、フロントの前のスペースでだったので、チェックアウトするお客様がいたりして落ち着いて食事できなかった。

Pros:

ライブ終わりでホテルに行ったため夜の11時前になり雨の中暗くてホテルが見つけられず電話をしたら丁寧に道順を教えて下さりありがたかった。
バスルームは広くてよかった。

Cons:

ツインルームとにかく狭い。荷物の置き場所もない。
