Pros:

The staff was helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

the ReFa Twin Room was very small, felt much smaller than other "14" sq.meter rooms. The breakfast area is very congested, hard to move around when other people are eating there. The 2 washing machines are much in demand and it is hard to find them available. I felt that the hotel practice is dishonest because while the price for 1 person or 2 persons in a room on boooking.com is about the same, after making a mistake in the booking and booking only 1 person in the room, they charged me an extra 2000 yen per night in addition to about 1530 yen per day for breakfast (that part does makes sense).

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Pros:

Personal muy amable, buenas amenidades, y disponía de un comedor donde podías trabajar, descansar o compartir un cafe o te de cortesía. Tenía microondas para calentar también.
Muy buena ubicación cercano a varias estaciones de distintas lineas.
Habitación pequeña como usual es e Japon, pero bien

Pros:

Great location. Room was small, but enough for my son and I. Very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

When booking a room with 2 twin beds, it did not allow me to say there were 2 people (seems obvious with 2 beds) and I was charged an extra fee for second person.

アメニティがフロントで取り放題！
って言ってもインスタントコーヒーと歯ブラシをちょっと余分にもらうだけですが。清潔なシーツ、ローブ、タオル、お部屋！本当に泊まれて良かった！フロントのお姉さんも一日中立ちっぱなしで大変そうだけどいつもニッコリ！見習いたいです！見習いました！

特に無し！不満とかも何もないのに文句をいようもんなら罰が当たりますよ

Cons:

冷蔵庫が小さく、ペットボトルが２本入るくらいです。フィルターが掃除されていないので全く冷えず、使えませんでした。
