Amazing food and wonderful service!
We were served by Kazuyo and Tomoko and we couldn’t be happier with the level of quality in terms of food and service. Looking forward to visiting again and dining at Tokii in the future.
Turning off Oxford Street into the side street where The Prince Akatoki sits, the noise of the city fades almost immediately – and once you step through the hotel's doors, it fades even further. That sense of calm and refinement sets the tone for everything that follows.
The welcome was warm, the atmosphere beautiful, and the team genuinely friendly from the first moment.
A particular highlight was breakfast with Olivier and his team – attentive, humorous, charming, and wonderfully present without ever being intrusive. They turned a morning meal into something that genuinely lifted the day.
We spent most of our time exploring the city and didn't get to make full use of the hotel's facilities – yet somehow a long weekend felt like a two-week holiday. That says everything about the atmosphere this team creates.

We attended the Sushi master class hosted by the amazing Kazuyo. She was not only friendly and attentive, but clearly highly skilled in her craft. She was able to provide lots of useful tips and tricks on how to prepare the perfect sushi. She was happy to help and also gave us great advice and recommendations on how to make our very own dishes at home. It was a fantastic experience, backed by quality ingredients, well trained waiting staff, welcoming restaurant hosts and a restaurant that felt sophisticated and professional. Thank you Kazuyo for proving the perfect experience, a perfect activity for a romantic date.
My husband and I had a wonderful evening at Tokii restaurant today! The food was excellent and perfectly seasoned! Our waiter, Abhi, was also a wonderful host – very attentive and friendly! We can highly recommend a visit to Tokii to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine!
