Good location, amenities, breakfast.
Fire evacuation in a middle of the night. Happy fire and evac is in place and working but not a single word of appology for disruption. Expected more from 5 star hotel.
Quality of installation / fitout seemed rushed and not up to high standard of 5 star hotel (bathroom lights not straight, sanitary finish poor, etc.)
Nice location
The payment for the accommodation was pre-authorized twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of the stay. The final payment has been charged to my card, but the initial authorization for the full amount is still being held, even though 10 days have already passed.
The staff accommodated the requests I had made before arrival, and at check-in they listened carefully to a few additional ones. Rosa in particular deserves a special mention, genuinely attentive and helpful.
The restaurant was the disappointment. On our first meal there(SEP 04), the staff gave no explanation of the menu and didn't seem to know what was on offer themselves, so we ended up ordering more or less blind. We arrived at 6:30, and the buffet was still being laid out and it was only finished at around the time we were leaving.
Great location near Oxford street but in a nice and quiet neighborhood
The glass of the shower couldn’t prevent flooding on the floor. Furniture are very simple and not representing Japanese style
