كانت إقامتي ممتازة ومريحة. يتميز الفندق بموقع رائع قريب من شارع أكسفورد وهايد بارك وإدجوير رود، كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان ودودًا ومتعاونًا. أعجبني بشكل خاص صغر حجم الفندق وهدوؤه وطابعه الياباني الأنيق، فهذه النوعية من الفنادق هي ما أفضله عادةً. الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت صغر مساحة الغرفة، ومع ذلك كانت التجربة جميلة وأفكر في تكرارها

Cosy hotel where the kindness and generosity of the staff is very much felt.
Pros:

Initially I was not happy with my room. Franchesca really looked after me, moved me to another room and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is clean and efficient and the breakfast was superb. My five night stay was very comfortable there.

Great service and location but the housekeeping was disappointing.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay overall. The location was excellent, the hotel was wonderfully quiet and the service from the staff was warm, professional and welcoming throughout. These are all qualities I really appreciated and they made my stay relaxing.

Cons:

I was really looking forward to my stay as this was my first visit, and I found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. The service I received was excellent. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Shortly after checking in I fould toenail clippings on the floor. I reported this to reception and was told someone would clean the room while I was out. When I returned, the toenail clippings were still there, so I had to contact reception again. A member of housekeeping then came and removed them. The following morning, while doing yoga in my room, I noticed a used cotton ear bud underneath the TV cabinet. Finding another item left hehind by a previous guest after the room had supposedly been cleaned was extremely disappointing.

Pros:

I had an absolutely great experience staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The reception staff Henry and Chris are truly magnificent and make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the doors of this lovely hotel. The attention of detail and care they possess was truly out of this world.

My room was spacious and the AC was better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in the UK! I also appreciated the amenities they left for me when I first checked in 😍.

One of the nights I decided to try the Tokii restaurant and the food was delightful 🙌 - I highly recommend you get a Bento box from there.

Thanks again for the memorable service I received, I’ll definitely book this hotel again when I’m back in the UK ❤️.

Fantastic Sushi Masterclass
Pros:

I was gifted a Sushi Masterclass experience at TOKii Restaurant and went with my partner. This was a fantastic experience where the chef Toni took his time to explain the different types of sushi and tips to making your own. Toni was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely come to the restaurant again!
