Perfect Roadtrip to do the museums and then onto Switzerland
Pros:

A petrolheads nirvana, wonderful selection of cars on site and themed rooms. Very comfortable and great facilities for breakfast and bar. Fairly easy for Mercedes and Porsche museums.

Pros:

Le confort , l’intérieur de l’hôtel tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement. La chambre était superbe le lit super confortable tout était nickel tout propre.

Chaos: not working reserv. system, poor compensation & room cleanup before checkout with lost items

The reservation system seemed to indicate there were only family rooms (2 connected rooms) available. So, I booked a family room and upon arrival, it appeared there were plenty of regular rooms available. It was suggested to switch to a regular room and as compensation, all I got was the breakfast. Not even the parking place (which one night was even completely full) was compensated.
Worst was that the room was cleaned up on departure day BEFORE 10h30 while breakfast is till 11h00 and BEFORE I did a checkout. Result: my belongings had been removed from the room. I had to recover my belongings at the desk and upon arrival home, to discover items were missing. What kind of disservice is this?!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Motorworld war super. Besonders hat uns das Foyer beeindruckt, weil überall Exponate, Bilder und Einrichtungsgegenstände zum Thema zu sehen waren. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr ansprechend präsentiert.

- Location (My son and I really enjoyed the car dealerships/maintenance/stored cars building right next door)
