Strong recommendation, I would return!
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Soft and comfortable beds, towels, pyjamas, slippers, chairs, etc.
The rooms feel nice and have great sound isolation.
There is a coin laundry, dryer, ice machine, microwave and a drink machine on the ground floor.
Almost all important parts of Tokyo are reachable in under 30 minutes.

Cons:

Sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom, tiny mildew spots in the shower. Staff did not recommend me Yamato luggage forwarding but Airporter, which was more expensive and not available for my destination, so I had to research myself and go to a convenience store.

Clean room great hotel
Pros:

I actually loved everything, the room was big and even had a little closed space (not common) really clean, they had driers that actually work!!! The staff was so so great, nice and very helpful, even helped us book luggage delivery and kept our luggage safe for 3 days.
Walking distance from the metro (otemachi station)
And from Tokyo station as well for the jr
Great neighborhood.

The hotel is very nice and of good value
Pros:

Everything about the hotel itself (accessibility, facilities, distance from train stations and attraction spots...etc).

Cons:

The road from JR Kanda station to the hotel was rather bumpy (not the hotel's fault, just a location problem), so people with large luggage may need to take this into consideration despite it being just a few minutes away from the JR station.
