スタッフの方々がとても親切で、気配りが行き届いていました。

Cons:

朝食は美味しかったのですが、朝食会場はなく、ロビーの片隅での食事でした。チェックアウトの人が通るなど、落ち着きませんでした。ついたて等の目隠しがあれば、と思いました。

時間によるが、スタッフがいい時もあった。

Cons:

以前、ヴィラフォンテーヌ有明を利用したが、差がひどすぎる。
返金してもらいたいレベルで客室も汚いし狭い。

Pros:

Friendly staff who stores luggage and borrows umbrellas. Lots of toiletries and coffee you can diy pick up from downstairs. The room has a really good ion hair dryer and everything you need including kettle. Convenient location as well!

Cons:

The bed was a little small for 2 people. The room was small but overall good. There was some minor noise like washing machines buzzing? Not sure.

chambre petite, confortable et proche du métro
Pros:

L'hôtel est confortable avec climatisation, bouilloire électrique, sèche cheveux, produits pour la douche, cheveux, la chambre bien que petite est calme avec réfrigérateur mais la vue sur les toits n'est pas inoubliable. L'hôtel n'est pas très joli même à l'intérieur. Nous prenions le petit déjeuner dans un quartier plus commerçant, plus touristique, plus animé, proche des temples, musées et jardins. Le métro est proche ce qui est pratique. Nous partions toute la journée et revenions tard le soir après le diner.

Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, la bouilloire électrique, le sèche cheveux, les produits pour la douche, le réfrigérateur, la propreté de la chambre.
