Pros:

Staff are great, very professional and helpful. Location is excellent. It's great for book and art lovers. It's a nice quiet & non-touristy neighborhood that is still very central and well connected via public transport. The hotel itself is functional , clean and okay overall.

Cons:

Rooms are small (typical for Tokyo business hotels!and overall quite old. They are clean though.
