Cobrar para chamar um táxi??? Inadmissível.

Cheguei no hotel às 14:30 e quiseram me cobrar 3500 ienes para check in antecipado, sendo que o horário era às 15 horas.
Até aí tudo bem, hotel não é obrigado a aceitar que os hóspedes cheguem antes ou depois .
Mas aconteceu algo que me deixou surpreso: não estava encontrando carro disponível via Uber, e perguntei se o hotel poderia solicitar um táxi, e foi informado que para chamar um TX o hotel cobra uma taxa de 1000 ienes somente para chamar o táxi, achei muita falta falta de empatia e cortesia com o hóspede! Cobrar para chamar um táxi? Isso é um serviço? Já me hospedei em vários hotéis, inclusive no Japão e nunca vi esse tipo de cobrança . Achei inadmissível. O quarto é minúsculo para duas pessoas, não há espaço para colocar as malas. Funcionários ríspidos, sem a menor cortesias. Hotel caro. Não indico.
