Please note that the card to be registered must be a credit card and belong to the staying passengers, since upon check-in they must present the physical credit card, otherwise the payment is not valid.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 7 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

People 8 years old and over stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The hotel is perfectly located between Kennedy Park and Miraflores, with everything you might need just around the corner. While the property has definitely seen better days and could use some refurbishment, it still offers good value for the money. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and although the fridge was indeed extremely loud, it was still a nice extra to have. The only downside was that the rooms are very dark, even with all the lights turned on.
Breakfast was simple but tasty, with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, and other basics available. Overall, I would recommend it for a short stay of one or two nights.
Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel muito bem localizado ( e fora da bagunça da região mais beira mar). Equipe muito atenciosa, educada e prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom!!
Só senti falta de tomadas próximo da cama para carregar celulares, mas nada de mais.

Excellent Breakfast and friendly staff
The WiFi is quite slow and the water pressure is low. However warm water was always available.
The service staff is very friendly, but not thorough, they e.g. didn't refilled the toilet paper.
Overall the infrastructure is quite old.

The location of the hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit while also having convenient transportation options to the airport. The staff were helpful during our stay and were answering our questions through text before and after our stay.
The room actually did not look quite like the ones shown in the pictures as it was smaller and we could not fully open the windows and curtains. The breakfast lacked vegetarian options as they had meat in all the protein options even in eggs.
La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, tenía muchos espejos, todo estaba muy limpio, dormí rico, no tengo queja alguna. El desayuno en el hotel es bueno y el personal muy atento. Lo recomiendo. También la ubicación está bastante bien.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe sind tolle Lokale. Das Frühstück war lecker.
Der Verkehr war auch im 11. Stock zu hören.
