Local tranquilo em Cabo Branco
Pros:

Gosto muito desse hotel. Dessa vez estava retornando. O hotel estava lotado porque era no final de semana, aí dessa vez não foi oferecido UP grade. Fiquei mal acostumado kkk
O estacionamento coberto é um conforto a mais.

Infelizmente, não há pontos positivos a destacar. Mesmo com a estadia paga e o hotel avisado três vezes sobre nossa chegada às 3h da manhã, nossa reserva foi tratada como no-show. Ficamos sem quarto e sem qualquer solução imediata; outro casal na mesma situação recebeu como única alternativa dormir no sofá da recepção. Apenas conseguimos nos hospedar porque um quarto foi desocupado naquele horário, após mais uma hora de espera pela limpeza.

Cons:

O que não gostei foi a falta de organização no check-in e a ausência de solução quando chegamos de madrugada. Mesmo com a estadia paga e o hotel avisado três vezes sobre nossa chegada às 3h da manhã, nossa reserva foi tratada como no-show. Ficamos sem quarto e sem atendimento imediato, e só conseguimos nos hospedar porque um quarto foi desocupado depois de mais de uma hora de espera pela limpeza.
