Wonderful hotel, great location!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, New Delhi, from the 17th of July '26 to the 20th of July '26. The hotel provides the most essential ingredients straight away: Great location, great food, and excellent standards of cleanliness. The hotel is within half an hour from the Delhi T 1 airport, and is conveniently attached to a mall. The DLF Avenue Mall and the Select City Mall in Saket. We had no need to travel out of this complex at all, since ours was a family stay and we were transiting the city. The hotel check in process is smooth, and the room size was satisfactory. The hotel housekeeping staff was prompt and answered to all our requests. A special mention to Deepa, who cleaned our room very efficiently and with a smile.
We enjoyed the food at the hotel's only restaurant, India Grill. It serves multi cuisine food, and we were satisfied with our overall experience here. Although some dishes were not mentioned on the menu, the chef took special effort to customize our order.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who has to stay in South Delhi. It will definitely be my choice of hotel stay if and when the need arises.

Cons:

In room dining costly but still not professional.They brought cutlery for one person when we were two of us When asked to get they took 1 hour.Our food was cold.We had to call reception 3 times.Otherwise it was good

Terrible service
Pros:

hands down, the food was great and thats the only thing we liked. Unfortunately, management failed completely. We experienced terrible service. Nobody was keen to take the orders first. The buffet was a mess due to no plates and glasses. Kinda frustrating experience.

Chambre fumeur alors que j'avais demandé non fumeur. Prix de la réservation du taxi vers l'aéroport plus de trois fois celui du trajet depuis l'aéroport. La réception peu coopérative.
