Loved the location Reason for us to keep coming back.
Most of the staff are accommodating and are very pleasant.

Cons:

Hilton should train their staff not to blatantly lie...I had requested for our luggage to be brought down several reminders had to be made went down to the front desk and lady called Priya at assured me that the concierge was in the room collecting the luggage as we speak which was not the case as my wife was waiting in the room for over 15 minutes and latter to my utter disbelief I see the concierge getting ready to go up to my room to collect the luggage
When I questioned her on why she lied ...absolutely no answer except to say that she was sorry.
I never expected a Hilton to train their staff to lie.

A good place to be
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and welcoming more especially one staff name by Mr Harsh, a front desk officer., he is so exceptional and helpful, always trying to make sure that the guest are comfortable. A complaint of 2 days without attention took him ony 5 minutes to fix when I called his attention to them.

Cons:

The loud noise of the toilet flushing system. You could hear other room users from your room

it's a pleasant place as a whole
Pros:

This is my 5th visit to the hotel. I like it because it is close to three malls and easily accessable to central Delhi.

Cons:

The rooms are getting a little bit tired.

Good place to stay but needs some upgrades, loved the staff.
Pros:

The location is great, staff is courteous and very well behaved, especially the people at the front desk.

Cons:

Problems with the shower, also the whole room was a bit damp, the climate control of AC was not working properly. The property has aged and needs some serious renovations
