Sehr sehr heisse Zimmer.
Cons:

Im Zimmer war sehr heiss, keine Klimaanlage und der kleine und billige Ventilator bringt gar nichts!!!
Die Balkontür konnte man nicht aufmachen da auch andere Gäste Zutritt hatten. Wir haben für 4 Nächte gebucht aber wollten glnach dem ersten Tag nach Hause fahren.

Le personnel était très bien, avenant et sympathique. Bien des efforts pour nous aider à travers la canicule.

The hotel as a hotel is excellent in terms of location, large rooms, it has everything you need, but one big complaint, which is why I give a slightly lower rating, is that in this summer period, when temperatures are over 35 degrees, there is no air conditioning in the rooms... I couldn't sleep at night because the heat and sweat wake me up when I can't sleep again...

C'était très bien, le lit, petit cuisine

Cons:

Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés en période caniculaire et nous n'avions pas assez d'air pour se rafraîchir. Il y avait un ventilateur mais pas assez puissant. La clim aurait été top et j'aurais mis 10 sur 10 à la note.

C'est propre.

Cons:

À l'hôtel, après 20h, il n'y avait personne pour nous aider. Nous avions oublié les clés dans la chambre, la porte ne s'ouvrait pas. C'était une catastrophe, il faisait chaud, on n'arrivait pas à dormir. Tous les clients dormaient à la réception. Il n'y avait pas le numéro d'urgence. Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel comme ça, je suis déçu.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage, mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der Tram Haltestelle entfernt. Das Frühstück bietet einen gute Auswahl. Den ganzen Tag über, kann man sich am Kaffeeautomaten bedienen, zudem gibt es kostenloses, gefiltertes Wasser. Am Nachmittag wird sogar ein Kuchen bereit gestellt :). Zudem hat das Hotel ein ausreichend großes Schwimmbecken, in dem man Bahnen schwimmen und sich abkühlen kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag hat man uns Zimmer 17 gegeben. Das ist so nicht vermittelbar. Es liegt ebenerdig und ist von 2 Seiten einsehbar, d.h. die Leute stehen quasi im Zimmer, sobald man die Fenster öffnet. Zudem ist es extrem laut. Zum Glück konnten wir am 2. Tag in ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage wechseln. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Vogelgezwitscher, deutlich größer, besser ausgestattet und schön ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen.

Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Das ist im heissen Sommer sehr anstrenged. Die Pool Öffnungszeiten sind ungünstig, wenn man beruflich unterwegs ist.

Nos avisaron de un overbooking el mismo día de la llegada cuando el viaje era de trabajo y sin ofrecernos solución alguna dejándonos totalmente en la calle ya que debido a la feria todo Basilea estaba ocupado. Al llamar ni siquiera sabían respondernos en inglés y achacaron todo a un problema de reservas de la plataforma con la que operan.
Lo más increíble es que han hecho como si nada en Booking haciendo como que sí se ha disfrutado de la estancia y no hay trazas de que vayan a devolver el dinero de la reserva ni tampoco piensen una indemnización por haber dejado tirada a una persona.
Lo peor que te puede pasar cuando vas a trabajar. Espero que no le pase a nadie más.
