Pros:

1er séjour dans cet établissement des bords de Marne. Chambre très confortable avec une kitchenette très pratique. L´emplacement près de la Marne est super, on peut faire de belles promenades

Literie plutôt confortable, possibilité d'un parking sécurisé.

Cons:

La climatisation fuyait donc n'était plus fonctionnelle alors qu'il faisait très chaud. Une seule chaise pour prendre un repas alors que le studio est réservé par 2 personnes.
Enfin malgré mes nombreux messages, l'accès au parking ne m'a pas été expliqué clairement avant que je ne découvre les clés ( je précise que nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive), ce qui m'a occasionné pas mal d'inquiétude.

Juste fonctionnel pour les besoins de localisation qui étaient les nôtres.
Bord de Marne

Cons:

Comme souvent en appart hôtel des équipements qui manquent d'entretien surtout dans la salle d'eau avec une cabine de douche aux joints de portes défectueux et profilés endommagés, tachés.
Idem sur les protections de literie. L'absence d'enveloppe de couette nous laissant face aux diverses tâches et auréoles.
Pour l'extérieur, présence de gros travaux avec échafaudages dénaturant le bord de Marne...Même ça on en profite pas...
