It was fine.
Pros:

Good location, nice amenities

Cons:

The staff member Ashlee that greeted us was unfriendly and rushed. When having momentary issues accessing my email to show her confirmation, we were treated unkindly. Upon confirmation, her whole demeanor changed. I found it odd.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service and Comfortable Accommodations
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July and had an excellent experience.

Check-in was effortless despite our 9:00 p.m. arrival on a Friday evening. The young lady at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and was welcoming, professional, and very helpful.

Our accommodations were a clean, well-appointed two-room king suite with modern furnishings. The refrigerator kept everything cold, the microwave worked perfectly, and the king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing two great nights of sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of toiletries. We also appreciated that the air conditioning had already been set to a comfortable temperature before our arrival.

The bar staff provided excellent service, and the pours were generous. Because our room was located away from the elevators, we experienced virtually no noise during our stay. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job, servicing our room while we were out for the day without us having to make a request.

Overall, this was a delightful stay, and we would gladly return.

One observation for those visiting during the summer: the hotel features a beautiful three-story atrium, which is one of its most attractive architectural features. However, on extremely hot July afternoons, the lobby, bar, and restaurant can become quite warm as the northwest-facing glass exterior allows the afternoon sun to pour into the atrium. It wasn't enough to detract from our stay, but it's something to be aware of if you're relaxing in the common areas during the hottest part of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to staying here again.

Very clean, great location, very nice staff. Ice cold shower and fire alarms twice made our stay not excellent.

It was the perfect location for the 4th of July this year! Fireworks, the food, and the STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY ❤️ the lobby is a great place to share food and drinks with friends and family!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was so awesome.

Cons:

The family queen suite was very disappointing because it wasn't larger than the regular suites. It looked like they took out the sink and just put bump beds. The refrigerator wasn't working. Not cold at all. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom.
