Very comfortable. TV and pillows were nice.
Someone charged snacks from the lobby to my room. Staff took it off right away, but a weird situation.
It was nice, pleasant and clean
Nothing at the moment
I loved everything except for the lack of free breakfast or free parking, but we were in Bethesda. The staff was great and they made everything very comfortable for my child and I.
No free parking or free breakfast
I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 10 years specifically stay at Hilton’s because of this issue. I cannot get anyone at the main office at the hotel or at Hilton headquarters. No one will respond to me although I receive an email 3 times a day asking me to rate my stay, although I cannot respond to it. Please be aware stayed in room 401!
The AC is so loud/noise.
There was no convenient phone number to call the hotel directly without going through their automatated call center. Wasted about 30 minutes before getting to a human and then the human connected me to the wrong hotel anyways.
Location
The bath tub drain was so slow. We were standing in water while showering and it felt like the bathtub was about to go through the floor. This was in room 1004 where we stayed with a tour group the rest of our time.
Ubicación
Pagar por parking y la recepcionista que me atendió al hacer el checking.
Basic business hotel in good location.
Quite pricey.
The location was near perfect
Parking was $35.00
Good location close to Metro Station and City Center
Rooms/furniture is very old and there’s a smell of old carpet throughout the building.
The Gym had minimum equipment.
Unfortunately the Breakfast was really not good (quality and selection) and no „healthy“ options
Proximity to metro station
No daily water bottles
Room was spacious, with good furniture and working ironing equipment
Breakfast restaurant was clean and easy for the self service. The arrangement was nice and the staff were very helpful
Bed was large, clean, very comfortable and inviting.
The hotel location near the Bethesda Station is excellent for customers using public transport.
Although breakfast had a variety of fruits, starch and protein there were NO greens/vegetables. I asked several times and was told they are not available.
I did not eat at the hotel. The people staying there were nice and helpful. Had a fridge and coffee pot.
Broken towel rack in bathroom. I requested a handicap bathroom but got a tub with handrails. I can't climb over a tub. Parking spaces were so small I had 6 inches of space to get out of my car and the human body is very difficult to flatten that thin. No bellmen to help with luggage. When asked for a cart, I got a wave of the hand and it's over there from the only staff there. Door to parking garage is so heavy I had to wait for someone staying there to help. Not enough staff on duty. One young girl can not handle it all alone.
