Not a good experience
Cons:

I really wanted to love our stay since we were visiting for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, at check-in we were given a room code to a room that was already occupied, which was very surprising and concerning to say the least. Thankfully, the second staff member who helped us was very helpful, apologized for the previous staff member who checked us in and quickly gave us another room.
The couches in the new room were dirty and the bathroom sink had an unpleasant smell, but we decided to make the best of it and enjoy our plans. I later discovered I was charged Twice for my stay. Unbelievable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not return to this location.

Grace at the desk was extremely helpful, and so accommodating!

The neighborhood could use a little cleaning up as far as the homeless and rir-af goes, but the property itself was well maintained.

Every employee I encountered was friendly, happy, knowledgeable.

Cons:

The location is loud - lots of transportation noise, from vehicles on I-10, to trains and their whistles in the wee hours of the morning, to car alarms going off in the parking lot.
The black office chair in the room was broken - the back folded over WAY too easily.
