Location, walk in shower, breakfast and the staff, they were the best from our whole trip from Oregon to Arizona and back to Oregon... Thank you im disabled and i appreciate the understanding and support and kindness...bless you all

Cons:

Beds way too high, which.im short and couldn't get up on them with out help i had to buy a stool which gave a little help but didn't cut it

After a four day arduous drive it was a treat to spend two nights in this hotel. The hotel staff get a 20 out of 10!!!!
Pros:

Convenient location close to hwy 10 and downtown Tucson. Our room overlooked a beautiful courtyard seating area with sofas, tables & chairs, fireplaces & a large BBQ. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, from Grace and crew on the front desk to the ladies attending the breakfast room. The included breakfast was good and there was complimentary coffee, fruit and homemade cookies available at all times in the lobby area. The hotel room was clean and spacious and quiet……..beds were very comfortable.

I really liked the cleanness of the hotel and room. Great location, right off the freeway is a big bonus.

Cons:

There weren’t too many nice restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive about 15 minutes to find somewhere to have dinner.

Pros:

Breakfast was included but was sub par. Rooms were not clean. I requested windows to be cleaned from smudges on multile occasions and each time i was told it was cleaned to only find it was not. The AC was very noisy. the sofa chair was extremely dirty with sticky mess on them. the bathroom were missing any type of soap
