Great location, spacious room, big bed, fresh water every day, helpful staff.
Attention to detail was lacking in some areas
I had an issue with one of the rooms. It was noisy from a basement club in the same building, and more... It was nearly impossible to sleep. However, I am very pleased with how the hotel handled it. The staff was very polite and apologetic. They upgraded my room to one in a different building. I am not saying that the hotel guarantees upgrades, but when checking in, be sure to request a room in the same building as the lobby and reception. It is much quieter and hospitable. Once in my new room, I could say that the beds were comfy, and the experience very quiet and pleasant.

Being a genius Level 3of booking.com, I have the privilege for room upgrade from standard to deluxe type. What more surprisingly, I was informed our room upgraded to Premier type upon check in. We booked two rooms. The room is really spacious with sofa bed, comes with kettle, safety box, coffee, tea sachets and drinking bottles. There is gym and swimming pool facility located opposite of the hotel building.
The location is superb within 5 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station,.
The air conditioning is a bit difficult to control for the temperature . It was too freezing although I set it to 25 degrees. Meanwhile my friends staying in the other room with the light switch buttons loosen.
We were not supplied with disposable slippers.
In order for grab to drop by the hotel to pick up, there is a parking charge although for short period within few minutes but luckily the grab driver didnt ask us to pay.

was disappointed that the swimming pool is not located in the same building, which makes it inconvenient to access. This information was not clearly stated on Booking.com, and I believe the property description should be more accurate and transparent about its facilities.
The room looks spacious in the photos, but the terrace and window view areas were quite dirty. Overall, the property feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.
The positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were all kind, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciate their support during my visit.

The location and staff were excellent. It is just a 5-minute walk to the BTS Sky Train station. I simply cannot criticise the staff and service. I left a mobile phone behind in the room's safe and the hotel posted it to me free of charge and I received the phone back the next day.
The hotel corridors were a bit dark and so were the walls in our room. The hotel and bathroom could also do with refurbishing.

Towels and mattress. No facecloth or hand towels. Mattress was old/hard and very uncomfortable
