Vey disappointing

Clean Room and good location

Cons:

The room keys did not work after the first entry. I went down to my car after initially accessing my room. When I came back my room key did not work. Neither of the two keys worked. I had to go back down stairs, wait in line get new keys. The new keys ALSO DID NOT WORK. Another trip back to the lobby, a manager was working on the CC terminal, finally got him to get new keys, go up stairs and check. Then after using those keys, the next day, before check out time, the key I had did not work. Unreal!

Cons:

There was not a big light in the room (over in the bed area) only lamps. As you get older you need (I) need more light. Other than that everything else was wonderful

Good hot breakfast buffet. Biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, muffins. Large dining area. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.

Good place to stay for a few nights.
Pros:

Proximity to major roads, close to many attractions. Clean. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water. Personnel professional, courteous, helpful. Our housekeeper was sweet, kept room stocked with towels and clean. Nice TV with cable only.

Cons:

Poor access to property on busy street directly adjacent to interstate exit. Traffic noise was loud…our Room on 3rd floor in front of hotel next to highway exchange. Recommend room in rear of hotel, high floor. Bring ear plugs.
