It was very clean. When we needed anything, it was done pretty quickly. The breakfast was good hot and fresh every morning and the social hours were just the icing on the cake. The manager was such a friendly person. Loved him.
Nothing! It was great 10/10 would it again. I didn’t even want to leave. We will forever pick staybridge to stay from now on!!!

Great location close to Seaworld , & shuttle to Seaworld was great
Very well kept, comfortable beds, breakfast was fantastic, the lobby was wonderful, the fact there was onsite laundry you could do was amazing, the staff were absolutely great
We did find some trash from previous users of the room and the pool needed to be cleaned.
The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Alas lived the social.

Everything was as expected
My wife, three boys, and I just did Spring Break in San Antonio and spent 5 nights at this hotel!
It was nothing short of awesome!
We booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious, great beds, two bathrooms, and a nice comfortable couch too.
Our suite was very clean, fresh linens daily (with the light housekeeping). We had no issues at all with the suite. Very well maintained.
Probably our favorite thing about this hotel is the evening social! They advertise it as "light appetizers" from 5:30pm to 7pm Monday through Wednesday. Folks, it's enough food for a whole meal! Those were quite the filling "appetizers!" On top of that they offer free beer and wine during those hours as well!
So if you're staying here Monday through Wednesday, it is not necessary to make any dinner plans. You can enjoy dinner and drinks right there! Just don't bring any outside guests. This is an awesome privilege for HOTEL guests that no one needs to be abusing! I just wish they included Thursday in the evening social. We really could have used that extra evening to save money on dinner!
The breakfast (all mornings) is great too! You name it, they have it (except for the free beer and wine).
All in all, we had quite possibly, one of the best hotel stays we have ever had in all our travels.
We plan to be back in San Antonio in 2028 and we really hope to stay here again!
Shuttle and the staff was very nice.
I only wish there had been bacon on the breakfast bar. I was not a fan of the sausage.
Staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and fast and very informative. Shuttle was great addition to our trip.
