At det var tæt på lufthavnen. Da vi havde en overnatning inden vi skulle rejse hjem. Der var en Golf klub i nærheden, hvor vi spiste på. Den var rigtig go.
Everyone was so polite and helpful, great location, and shout out to the housekeepers - can’t remember last time I stayed in such a beautifully clean and well maintained hotel 🙏

Location was terrible both far from airport and public station. Facility is too old and has heavy strange smell
We stayed at the Novotel Brisbane Airport one preference to a city hotel in order to catch an early flight. We were very disappointed with the hotel - a noisy air conditioning, only one towel and unable to contact reception or housekeeping, and a very poor quality meal at the restaurant with many item unavailable. This Novotel is not living up to the chains reputation and we regretted not staying in our city hotel for a further night and getting up a bit earlier to get to the airport. The staff were very apologetic when we complained about the food a blamed it on an impending change of menu.
It was good. Hotels need to be made more homely and with more warm colours and furniture.

The hotel was further away from the airport than we expected and the shuttle bus broke down. We had to wait an hour for transfer to the hotel
