At the front of DFO. Great location for shopping and food.
There is a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel but it’s only every 30 minuets.
Good location clean and comfortable.
Sauna was good once it got cranking.
the main reason we booked to stay at Novotel was because it had a pool, however it was not heated at all and it was too freezing cold to get into. Might as well stayed at IBIS and saved $100.00.
Regularly stay because it is always comfortable, quiet and clean after a long flight. Breakfast is good too!
Don’t love check in computers but understand they are quick and convenient. Also, a few amenities would be great even if we have to ask at the desk eg a toothbrush and shower cap so we don’t have to unpack our bags.
Staff were so friendly & helpful. The room looked good and spacious. Beds were comfy and room was clean. I would stay there again.
The elevator was annoying, scanning and pressing our floor constantly. Could be us but not user friendly, even the couple with us struggled to get the lift to move. The bathroom is good my only issue was that the water from shower goes everywhere. Either put glass doors or find an alternative for the shower water to go to, rather than fill the bathroom with water.
The location
The housekeeping staff barged into our room around 8:45am (more than 2hrs before checkout time) when we were still asleep. We got into our room at about 2:30am after flight delays and we’re hoping to catch up on sleep. Unfortunately the staff had other ideas

The best location when you have an early morning flight. The decor is simple and classy.
The price… but I will always stay there when needed.

The Hotel is not in the immediate airport environs and requires $9 per person for "complimentary" shuttle bus to Brisbane international.
