Pros:

Location is spectacular. Air conditioning was strong and comfortable. Design of the hotel was pretty cool.

Cons:

The breakfast options are limited and repetitive. A wider variety or Ala carte would be best considering the value for money. The staff working at the bar are very confusing. When trying to make a lunch order during a change of shift we were asked to give our order with no guarantee there is food and after one hour we were told no lunch is to be served. The food experience was very poor.

Tren istasyonu hemen yanında ve merkezde gezilecek yerlere yakın ama kalabalıktan uzak konforlu bir konaklama sağlıyorlar. Hizmet kalitesi de oldukça iyi.

Cons:

İlk sabah erken saatte kahvaltıya gitmeme rağmen döndüğümde oda temizliği için girmişlerdi, bitmesini beklemek zorunda kaldım. Sonraki günlerde rahatsız etmeyin işareti koymak gerekti.

Excellent hotel, and the best part is their staff, they are very honest and extremely friendly , I would recommend this

The location is excellent , the hotel is classy, elegant and very comfortable in almost every sense, the rooms are ample and with plenty of space, bathroom has every Italian feature, and the bed was great, I was able to rest and was not disturb by any outside or inside noise and they were very quiet in every sense . Breakfast was very good and has something for every one. Air conditioner in the room worked perfectly and also everything else in the room.

Cons:

I like everything of this hotel, this will be my hotel for my next stay in Florence next year.
