“Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado, ideal para visitas rápidas a la ciudad. El servicio es correcto y la atención del personal fue siempre cordial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, con WiFi funcionando sin problemas. El check-in fue ágil y el desayuno cumplió con lo esperado. Recomiendo especialmente las habitaciones en pisos altos por la vista hacia el Ángel de la Independencia. Una opción práctica y confiable para quienes buscan buena ubicación y atención adecuada.”

Solicite habitación con vista al ángel y me mandaron al costado de atrás donde solo tenía como vista muros no son nada prudentes para decir las cosas y no brindan solución solo excusas

un hotel al que la unica expectativa cumplida es la ubicación.
Pros:

fui para un evento en el angel un sabado, la ubicación en definitiva es perfecta, llegue en coche, me lo recibieron en el valet parking asi que no tuve que esperar, el check in fue muy rapido asi como el check out. tuve un percance en el pasillo, una persona gritando, en seguida hable a la recepción desde la habitacion y me di cuenta que no habia nada de linea entonces busque por internet el telefono para llamar desde mi cel, y lo atendieron en minutos, mi habitación estaba al lado del gimnasio, una habitacion callada y tranquila. tiene muchos contactos en el area de escritorio pero no los tiene al lado de la cama, necesarios para el celular y que quede cerca.

he comido en diferentes hoteles sencillos un desayuno, en este caso no me gustó en absoluto, muy muy muy limitado, solo eran huevos a la mexicana, y de ahi no habia otra cosa mas... fui al gym por la tarde, estaban las maquinas basicas para hacer cardio pero nada para hacer fuerza o al menos nunca las vi, el gym olia a mucho a humedad y me di cuenta que estaba mojado el piso, seguramente tienen goteras por el tragaluz. por lo tanto humedo y apestoso no me quede.
creo que esas dos cosas resumiria mi mala experiencia, desayuno muy corto, y gym descuidado apestaba a humedad.
por cierto el telefono de la habitacion no sirve para nada una emergencia y nada que no se puede... mejor desde tu cel a recepción.
