Consigliato! Bellissima camera, ampia e pulita con cucina!
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel! Lo consiglio! La mia camera singola era molto spaziosa, pulita, con anche un piccolo angolo cottura con tutto il necessario e anche bollitore e macchinetta del caffè (veniva fornite anche capsule e the). Letto molto comodo e ampio, con due comodi cuscini. Bagno grande, con tutti i prodotti necessari e phon. Non c'è la reception, ma lo staff ti fornisce in automatico per sms e su Booking tutte le informazione per il check-in automatico, che si fa da uno schermo digitale nella hall in pochi minuti, pagando direttamente lì dal pos. Lo staff risponde subito per mail in caso di qualche domanda. L'hotel non è proprio in centro, ma quasi, comunque ci passano tanti bus/tram frequentemente che arrivano in centro in 5/10 minuti, comunque la zona è molto tranquilla e sicura.

Cons:

Comodo il deposito bagagli, in una stanza con codice pin per entrare, ma consiglierei se possibile di mettere degli armadietti così da stare più tranquilli che nessuno prenda le proprie valigie (anche se non ho riscontrato nessun problema. La stufa elettrica in camera non funzionava, ma essendo maggio ne ho potuto fare a meno, quindi non è stato un problema per il mio soggiorno.

Yo no puedo dar una buena experiencia en este lugar,tuve un problema con el check in y tardaron muchísimo en arreglarlo.
Yo llegué al hotel tipo 7:45 de la tarde, la reserva pagada solo a falta de el check in, pues por un error de ????, la maquina me decía que la reserva no estaba pagada, que debía de pagarla antes, intento solucionar el problema llamando por tlfn, mandado mensajes vía Booking,tmbn emails(por qué es un hotel automático,no hay personal)nada de nada, contacto con Booking ellos tampoco consiguen hablar con nadie, pasaba el tiempo y yo sin poder entrar en mi habitación, al final después de muchísimos intentos,mensajes y emails.... Entre a mí habitación a las 2 de la madrugada!!!
Al día siguiente fui a la oficina física para poder hablar cara a cara con alguien y estaba cerrada.
Yo no tuve una buena experiencia y mi primer día de vacaciones se perdió por más de 6h intentando arreglar un problema que no era mío.
Conclusión ante un problema te las arreglas tú solo !!
Y encima al dúcharte el agua se sale de la ducha y se llena el suelo del baño,podrían poner una alfombrilla de baño.
Y no estás en el centro, debes de andar un poquito.

Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to the port for fjord tours, stroll along the shore, city hall, national museum. Short tram ride to everything else, direct bus to Bygdoy.
Apartment has kitchenette - I didn't cook, but was nice to have breakfast at "home".
There is a laundry room on each floor should you need to wash your clothes.
Okeanty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.
Small things that would otherwise make the stay a solid 10:
- no foot mat / towel in the bathroom
- no power outlet in the bathroom, nor next to the mirror in the room. You decide how you dry your hair
- power outlets in the kitchenette are above the sink, on the bottom of top cupboards. Nothing on the wall. So I plugged the kettle on the floor next to the dining table, since cord is short, and anyhow I wouldn't risk it.
No staff on site. I wrote to ask the code for the luggage room to leave my bag, they replied next day at 3pm. Which was useless, since check out is at 11am

It would be a very good place to stay if the power outlet problem could be solved.
Pros:

Very clean, great location, safe and comfortable. I would choose to stay there again if I had to.

I had trouble finding an electrical outlet in the room. I experienced a problem during the payment process, but I received a response.
