Pros:

Excellent quiet location, away from hectic and busy Georgetown. Very nice swimming pool en direct acces to the beach. Nice big room. We had we the sea view on the 13 floor. Friendly staff

Tempat yang menarik, bilik yang selesa.

Cons:

Sarapan pagi tidak memuaskan,
Nasi lemak tidak sedap, sebab ada letak bunga cengkeh dan buah pelaga.
Pada hari ke 2, saya makan roti canai tapi karinya terlalu masam.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay. The room size was very nice and the view was great. It had a quiet pool and felt nice and clean.

Cons:

I did not love the variety at breakfast, and the balcony door also seemed outdated and difficult to open and close. Also the restaurants in walking distance were not a great variety. None of this is too important though if you want a relaxing stay, this is great.

Hotel extremadamente sobrevalorado
Pros:

El personal muy amable, tenía linda vista

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy sucia, hasta habían chocolates tiraron debajo de la cama, la cama durisima y las almohadas pésimas. Cuando hacían aseo sólo cambiaban las sabanas y las toallas, no limpiaban las habitaciones.
El desayuno horrible, al nivel de que el último día nisiquiera quisimos desayunar. No había jamón, queso ni yogurt y a las 10 am ya no quedaba casi nada.
El hotel y la piscina estaban repletas de niños y todo cerraba a las 7-8 de la tarde. Los cócteles carisimos.
La playa muy sucia, hasta con vidrios. Tuvimos que dejarles el feedback de que al menos limpiaran su estacio en la playa y la excusa fue de que era pública.
No vale lo que cuesta

room is clean, fast check in check out process, breakfast is variety, effcient staff during breakfast even many guest, easy access to the beach

i request for twin bed, should during check in staff inform that the room given is not twin bed

Kamer is mooi en ruim

Cons:

Bij aankomst totaal geen hulp, wij kregen de sleutel, en toen zoeken waar je kamer is in een 20 verdiepingen hotel met 4 koffers, was niet blij
