Really convenient for transport but lack comfort in the beddings and linens ☹️
Pros:

Very convenience for the beach and transport , market and restaurants 👍

Cons:

Dusty and old wardrobe and shelves . Needs upgrading of bed and pillows . Damp smell along the corridor to the breakfast area☹️

The place seemed without soul, staff not friendly except for the lovely cocktail waitress Devita
Pool.closes at 7pm!! We.might want a swim when we return from a hot day out.

Pleasant with areas that need improvement
Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay. Check-in was smooth, and our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was nice, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and kept the room spotless.

Cons:

There are a few areas for improvement. The beach had no sunbeds or activities, which was disappointing, especially for young teenagers. Breakfast was okay, but some restaurant staff could be more welcoming, as they made us feel uncomfortable by staring at guests and removing plates quick before we finished eating.

We were three guests but only received two key cards, and a RM20 deposit was required for a third card, which seemed unnecessary. We were also very disappointed that the room fridge broke down, causing the insulin vials we had stored inside to be ruined. Unfortunately, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered—not even complimentary transportation to the station. The location also has very limited restaurant options, so we had to rely on taxis to dine elsewhere.
