Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, staff very helpful and kind, jacuzzi on the rooftop, loved it.

Cons:

Parking, and the cleaning people, did good with the exception of not sweeping and mopping, vacuuming the rug, after the beaches, that would of been nice.

Pros:

Charming hotel in a charming town! Staff was wonderful. I didn't get to check out all the amenities as we were only there to sleep.

Cons:

The room was extremely cold when we arrived. Has to turn the thermostat way up and it took most of our short time there for it to be comfortable temperature wise. The room was much smaller than I expected but it was still super cute. Bed a tad less comfy than I would prefer.

Overall, it’s a good place. If you just need to lay your head down and get to the airport the next day.
Pros:

The vintage style and the location

Cons:

The spa and tub facilities are too visible, making it awkward if you wanna lay out. There was some sort of bug that I had to kill off the dresser in our room. It was definitely good for one night.

RUDE front desk staff (graveyard shift)
Pros:

We didn’t appreciate the way we were treated with such Rudeness when we were checking in early morning of June 23. We informed the hotel that we’re going to check in late due to flight delays. Even so, we still pushed through our few days getaway and coming to the island with a positive vibe despite of the flight delays. But to be welcome with extreme Rudeness is very disappointing. As a paying guest we felt Disgusted.

Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the middle of San Juan - walking distance to everything! The hotel itself was beautiful and felt special. The rooftop amenities were a bonus and the staff and cleaning crew were kind and receptive.

Cons:

No me gustó la cama que es muy dura, se escucha ruidos desde temprano y las almohadas incómodas. Deben mejorar el ascensor.
