Très bien mais peut être amélioré au niveau du ménage
Pros:

Cet emplacement est parfaitement localisé. Nous avons vite trouvé nos bonnes habitudes. Le lit est très confortable et malgré le fait que nous ayons été près de l’ascenseur nous n’avons jamais été dérangé par le bruit.

Cons:

La seule chose que je reproche à cet hôtel c’est la propreté. Le sol était vraiment sale. Il y avait des cheveux dans toutes les pièces et autour du lavabo de la salle de bain beaucoup de poils de barbe. J’ai passé des lingettes par terre car c’était impossible de marcher pieds nus sans avoir les pieds noirs. Les lingettes elles mêmes étaient noires et témoignaient de ce manque de propreté.

We had a wonderful stay and stayed here twice in the same week! Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff are so helpful and so nice and friendly! The location is great and the facilities are wonderful - loved the hot tubs on the roof!

Cons:

The elevator is sooooo slooooow and can only fit 3 people at a time. Also, the parking is a bit of a pain as not on site, but it is nearby and easy to access.

Ubicación es lo mejor , tranquilidad y la amabilidad de sus empleados . Un hotel que recomiendo esta es mi cuarta veces que nos quedamos .

Cons:

Solo le recomendaría que cuidaran un poco más la imagen. Un buen retoque de pintura en los pasillos y las habitaciones no estaría nada mal.

Las atenciones del hotel fueron excelentes, el personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación perfecta para salir a conocer caminando el centro histórico y la mayoría de lugares imperdibles en el viejo San Juan , comer , bailar , postres. Muy segura la zona y acogedor el hotel. 🥹😍🌟 ¡Hasta la próxima !
