Good option for staying in Old San Juan
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring Old San Juan. Hotel design/decor is quirky in a good way. Staff were nice. Great rooftop area.

Cons:

The elevator is really loud and we could hear it from our room. Also there isn't much sound buffering from the hallway so if other guests are loud, you will hear it.

Pros:

Location: great and centered in Old San Juan, you can literally spend the day exploring, and go back to the hotel in the afternoon to refresh and get ready for dinner, lots of restaurants and cafes around the area. Close to historical and cultural places like San Cristobal Fort and San Felipe Fort.
Room: was a bit small the furniture is really tight, but you can manage around it, hot water, toiletrees and towels available. Also, a mini fridge and AC.
No parking on site available, but there are two public parking buildings behind the hotel street. You pay by the hour. I recommend to walk around, and if you are trying to go places that are more than 20 mins walking distance, get an uber. I was renting and had to return the rental earlier than expected due to this.
The neighborhood felt safe and very touristy, since is also very close to San Juan Ferry terminal.
4/20 friendly area, if you are into smoking, there are shops around the area, but is not overwhelming if you are not a smoker. The rooftop had a nice view of Old San Juan, there was a jacuzzi area as well.
One of the things I liked the most, was that I left my bags after check out at the hotel to explore a bit more the city, and picked them up around 6 pm, to head to the airport. The airport is 15 mins away from this location, it's preferred to get an uber since local taxis charge around 25 usd and uber could be 10 or 12 usd, depending on traffic.

Cons:

The elevator sometimes would get a bit stuck, but then it would start moving again. I was close to it, and could hear a sound every time somebody would get off on my floor.

Friendly hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Great location at the heart of Viejo San Juan: just a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, San Cristobal castle, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they can keep your bags for free before check-in/after check-out which is super convenient. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was okay.

Cons:

The room was a little dusty unfortunately.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable. Cómodo y limpio. Claramente por estar en un lugar del VSJ es una habitación totalmente cerrada y sin ventilación natural. Nos guardaron la maleta.

Cons:

No tuvimos aseo uno de los días, pero sin embargo todo perfecto. El baño de la terraza no funcionaba.

It is an attractive hotel close to restaurants & historical sites.
Pros:

We liked the room. It was attractive and met our needs. We were within walking distance of restaurants and it was easy to use Ubers to get around.

Cons:

The convenience of a light breakfast would be appreciated -- pastries, fruit, juice, in addition to coffee.

The staff were super nice! Overall cleanliness I give it a 10.

Cons:

I have to say our room was not too far from the elevator and it was very hard trying to fall asleep with the annoying sound of the elevator every time someone accessed it. And finally when we got to sleep we jumped out of bed to the smoke alarm that went off (it was 4am) not a good experience. We just stayed one night.

Great location and a very nice place to stay. You can't go wrong with the CasaBlanca Hotel!
Pros:

Location is perfect, right in the middle of old San Juan. Everybody was very friendly and the hotel has two different rooftop areas that are really extraordinary. Love the stone baths!

Cons:

Nothing really, we were very happy with the hotel and will return if we venture down to San Juan again.
