Very basic accommodation
Pros:

Staff was helpful

Cons:

Hotel is very old and rooms are in need of renovation. Carpet on the floor very old. The rooms have a couch which is unnecessary and a hindrance in such a small space. The space would be far better used for suitcases. Breakfast was poor. Under the bed was dusty and we could not open the window to let in fresh air.

We had a great time and would definitely book it again
Pros:

Location. Location. Location. 10 mins walk from 3 metro stations and 1 JR Yamanote line covered almost all major metro/train lines of Tokyo. 1 station away from Ueno, Asakusa, Akihabara and Edo Tokyo. We also got to enjoy the Torigoe Festival on June 6-7 that passes through the streets right outside the hotel. Also, front desk staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Cons:

Only thing not that great was having to pay for early check in for both rooms. Would have loved if one could have been made complementary but can't really fault the Japanese for following their rules and systems to perfection. Afterall, that's part of the experience.

交通方便，服務人員親切，自助洗衣機太少。
Pros:

交通適中，附近有大賣場，地鐵站。服務人員親切，甚至有中文服務人員。

Cons:

洗衣機（洗烘一體）只有兩台，在某些時刻，對於住宿人員很不方便。這樣的房間數跟住客率，至少應該四部洗衣機、四部烘衣機以上才合理。

洗烘一體造成使用時間過長，更不方便。外國住客不會解鎖洗衣機密碼鎖定，我還日行一善幫忙解決。

Our first connection with Japanese culture, staff dwere lovely and we loved the free toiletries.
Pros:

We quite enjoyed the breakfast, though it was average without too much variety

Cons:

Not enough choices, eggs were runny scrambled and unappetizing. Only one choice of fruit juice

Tremendous stay
Pros:

The location is very near to train station. There's a convenience store nearby and the room is enough for 2 persons. the hotel provide a good amenities for the traveler and i like they give pajamas for the stay. worth the pay
