We would like to inform you that our hotel will have a power outage scheduled as follows.

Date: 2025, September 4th
Time: 11AM-3PM

During the maintenance, all electric power supply inside building will be stopped, and no one can stay in the building.
The electric supply in the room will be as usual in the night.

During the power outage period,
1. All the guests are required to stay out from the building.
2. Please Check out before 11:00 AM on 4th of Sep.
3. Guests cannot check in before 3:00 PM on 4th of Sep.
4. All electrical equipment, including computers, refrigerator, and TVs are NOT available in rooms.
* Please kindly be advised that your PC should be turn off.
5. We cannot keep your luggage after check out and before check in.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

必要最低限のものがきちんとそろっている。
施設も清潔。
アメニティを自分で選んで部屋に持って行けるところもありがたかった！
湯船もあり、備え付けのシャンプーなども問題なく、駅やコンビニ、ドラッグストアからも近いので便利だった。

Cons:

エレベーターが少し狭いぐらい。
特に無し。

A decent hotel in good location, but extremely small rooms.
Pros:

Location - 15 minute walk from Tokyo station and Imperial palace, 10 minute walk to different metro lines. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Japanese hotel rooms are often on the smaller side, but this one was extreme. No shelves or cupboards to unpack the suitcase (we stayed 4 nights), but no place for the suitcase either 😃 and we travel only with 2 small hand luggage suitcases…

Comfortable stay near the heart of Tokyo at a more reasonable price
Pros:

Great location next to the upscale business district. JR and metro lines within 5 minute walk. Many convenience stores and cafes/restaurants within short walk as well. Decent size room for the price and location. Helpful & friendly staff.

Pros:

В целом достойный вариант для того чтобы остановиться во время поездки в Токио. Быстрое заселение. Недалеко, несколько минут, до метро и жд станции. Соотношение цена/качество соответствуют.

Cons:

Туристические места находятся далеко, нужно ехать на транспорте. Ближайшее это Акихабара 20 минут пешком, парк с Императорским дворцом тоже 20 минут, остальные дальше.

Pros:

The staff are very nice and cooperative. Its very close to both Kanda Otemachi and Tokyo stations. So its excellent for local connectivity and intercity if you are doing Shinkansen. 7-11 stores Lawson and Family Mart are a stones throw away and open 24 hrs.

Cons:

Rooms are small in Tokyo like most other hotels. 120 sqft is all you get, so can be a bit challenging, but they do mention it while booking
