Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was fairly quiet but still close to restaurants and bars. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

Typical of Japanese rooms it was small. Part of the problem was the shower and tub area that took up a significant area. The price for our stay was unusually high.
