Amazing location near Tokyo, Nihombashi and Kayabacho. Peaceful stay, excellent staff and comfy bed!
Pros:

Located on a quiet residential street. The location is superb, near Tokyo Station and 2 other metro. Super friendly and helpful staff who can communicate very well in English. Very comfortable bedding.

Cons:

It's hard to think of one, but they have a housekeeping rule where they'd only vacuum your room every 3 days. They do change towels and refill water everyday though.

Good stay
Pros:

Staff are friendly, location decent (~15 min walk from Tokyo station but lots of restaurants nearby and other train station stops). It was nice they changed towels and garbage daily.

Cons:

It was clean for the most part, just a couple of hair on the bed sheets when the sheets were exposed from under the blanket. Minor issue. Amenities selection was just okay in comparison to other hotels in Japan I've stayed at.

Tertemiz ve güler yüzlü personel
Pros:
