Pros:

Bon emplacement, a proximité de 2 lignes de métro et a 15mn à pied de la gare de Tokyo.
Possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant et après check in et out.
2 machines à laver.
Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.
Vidage poubelle et changement des serviettes quotidien. Changementd e serais tous les 3 jours

Cons:

Petitesse des chambres. Impossible de laisser ses bagages ouverts

Pros:

location (quiet and 5/10min walk to two different metro stations). easy walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station as well! konbinis and restaurants around.
two laundry machines available. They had water and coffee troughout the day. The room was compact but we were able to have our 2 big luggage open, so I suppose it was a decent size. I probably wouldn’t recommend it for a first time in Tokyo, but it wasn’t for us, so it worked out great!

Cons:

The mattress was a bit on the hard side.

I have booked 2 more stays here and I'll be pleased to return.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, room was small but everything you needed, plenty of hot water with good water pressure.

Cons:

Breakfast cerial could have been of a better quality. A tasty muesli would have been nice. The eggs were a bit strange, but edible.
