Location is good, amenities in the underground like restaurants and supermarkets all close by good room and nice staff

Location, location, location. It is right above and connected directly to Shiodome station which was a blessing as it was rainy and humid in Tokyo. You could also walk about 7-9 minutes underground to the larger Shimbashi station that is highly connected to many lines. Just a level down is a Family Mart, Starbucks and pharmacy.
The hotel itself was fantastic, it was impressive especially for Tokyo standards with a huge and modern lobby. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, we had two people but the room could easily fit 4-5.

Very close to Ginza if you are looking to shop or try various restaurants but just far away enough
(~10 minutes) that you are not caught in the crowded areas.
The room in the picture appeared to be bigger than what is was in reality. The quality was high just prepare to be limited on space.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. İngilizceleri yeterliydi iletişim kurmakta zorlanmadık. Bir istasyon tam önünde bir istasyon yer altından 6-7 dk sürüyordu konum olarak aşırı iyiydi. Bulunduğumuz süre boyunca Tokyo yağmurluydu bu yüzden yer altından metroya ulaşabilmek çok iyi oldu

フロントにあるコスメパッケージの受け取り場所が分からず探した。他の物品一と同じ場所の方が分かりやすいと思う。部屋は外のビューが無く、同じホテルの向かい側の部屋だったのは残念だった。そのような情報や写真が予約時にあると部屋を選ぶ参考になると思う。
