Cons:

החדרים לא מבודדים לרעש,בקומות התחתונות שומעים את הרכבות וזה מפריע לישון בלילה. צוות הקבלה לא מסביר פנים . לא הסכים להחליף לי חדר לקומות גבוהות למרות שהיו חדרים פנויים, בגלל שהזמנתי בבוקינג ולא ישירות.

Perfect
Pros:

We decided not to book the all-inclusive breakfast because we wanted the flexibility to try different places. However, we did try it once, and it was absolutely perfect and delicious!

The location was amazing, with easy access to trains, subways, and plenty of restaurants. We were able to do it all, from shopping, night ride to visiting teamLab! We only had to take one subway/train from Narita airport to our hotel!

We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider coming back on our next visit.

Struttura pulita e moderna. Buona posizione per metro a pochi passi.

Cons:

Lo staff oltre ad avere evidenti problemi con l’inglese, era poco preparato. Abbiamo chiesto di spedire il bagaglio alla destinazione successiva e ci hanno dato una serie di informazioni sbagliate.
