Overall the location, staff and transportation was all there to get around tokyo.
Pros:

I like the fact that location was around Ginza, other locations that we want to be near.

Cons:

The space of the room was very tiny but I think most of Japan Hotel are like that .
Just was very hard to move around.

Pros:

De locatie was goed. Dagelijkse schoonmaakservice.

Cons:

Onpersoonlijk hotel. Ver lopen naar de kamer. Je wordt niet geholpen met de koffers. Als je iets wilt moet je er om vragen. Je kunt er niets drinken. Buiten doen ze erg moeilijk als je even moet wachten met de auto. Vond het een duur hotel vergelijken met wat wij hiervoor allemaal hebben gehad. Ook kregen wij een kleinere kamer dan wij gereserveerd hadden. Hier is niets mee gedaan.

Nice modern property

Cons:

The room was not ready for check-in till 7pm. That's a 4hr delay. But they charged me 3300 Yen for 1hr late check-out.

The airconditioner also kept getting switched off frequently in the middle of the night, for which we couldn't sleep properly for 4 nights.

這次訂的房間比想像中的大很多!!!
Pros:

飯店位置還算不錯，離新橋站步行約5分鐘而已，飯店也有地鐵跟海鷗號可搭。
