Overall one of the better hotels I stayed at in Tokyo.
Pros:

The room was larger than room size in similar hotels. The bathroom is the same floor level as the room, no need to step up or down to get in and out.

Cons:

The breakfast area may get very crowded, you may have a long line for the coffee machine, Or hard to find a vacant table. When it is busy, some food items do not get replenished fast enough. Food selection on the low side compared to other hotels, but you can find enough to eat.

Pros:

地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近

Cons:

第一天入住時發現房間很髒，因為晚了，直接隔天請櫃台讓人打掃。雖然後面都很乾淨，但第一天真的太衝擊。
還有房間超級小，一個28吋行李箱就滿了，無法好好行走

私以外は、海外の宿泊者のようでした。
Pros:

料金が安かった。
従業員の対応が素晴らしかった。
全てオンラインで完結できた。

Cons:

バスタブが構造上かわかりませんがかならず外側にお湯がもれてしまいました。洗面所がいつも水浸しの状態でした。

Pros:

Быстрое заселение, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

В номере не открывается окно, из за этого постоянно спёртый воздух и духота вынуждающая пользоваться кондиционером, даже когда это не нужно.

Pros:

Location was great, close to transport.

Cons:

Rooms were very small (smaller than a cruise ship cabin). Couldn’t set suitcases out for easy accessibility. Set one up in the hallway which had to be closed after access each time. Other suitcase had to be laid on bed to access contents.
