Tres bon rapport qualité prix, si je reviens je le reprends.
Pros:

Proche de l’arrêt de metro H kayabacho, beaucoup de konbini à coté, pas loin aussi d un mastuya centre commercial, le quartier est très propre

Cons:

La clim dégage une mauvaise odeur.

ideale Lage und Anbindung, ruhiges Hotel
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, wenige Meter zur Metro, sehr leise, verhältnismäßig große Zimmer für Tokio. Gutes Frühstück. Perfekter Umgang mit Gepäck wenn zu früh zum Einchcken und Aufbewahrung nach Auschecken.

位置非常方便，有些地方甚至是可以步行的。去机场可以步行7分钟去坐T-cat超级方便和省钱（哈哈哈）。
