Modern hotel, free coffee, umbrellas to rent for free, great reception staff, 24/7 convenience shop next door.

Cons:

Our room was very small even considering Japanese standards. Although the hotel promotes "eco cleaning" and provides full cleaning only after 3 days on paper, our room wasn't cleaned during our 5-day stay (rubbish was taken and towels replaced though).

Super hotel, clean and friendly, great location, small rooms though.
Pros:

The hotel and the location it's in are great and the staff are very friendly and efficient.
The room was super clean and quiet and the view over the main road was fine.
The two single beds were very comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean.
Finally, the price for the room in this part of Tokyo was very reasonable.

Cons:

The only reason I gave this a rating of 9 instead of 10 was because the room was very small, possibly the smallest room my wife and I have had in any hotel anywhere. But if you want to stay in Tokyo and not break the bank on accommodation costs this is a great place to stay - just be aware of the smaller room sizes.

Lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner sympathique. Café et eau citronnée à disposition dans l'après-midi.

Ganz gutes Hotel für drei Tage mit guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren klein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte deutlich besser sein können. Es gab nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, die immer wieder Probleme machte, das Personal hat sich aber sehr bemüht. Es gab kein frisches Obst, einen Morgen kein Joghurt das Ei war auch gewöhnungsbedürftig.
