Leider ein absoluter Reinfall!

Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider von erheblichen Mängeln geprägt. Bereits bei der Anreise machte das Hotel keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Im Flur lagen alte Handtücher sowie benutzte bzw. ausrangierte Bettlaken herum, was für einen Hotelbetrieb äußerst unprofessionell wirkt.

Im Zimmer befanden sich deutlich sichtbare Blutflecken auf dem Bett, was aus hygienischer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel ist. Zudem war der Kühlschrank ohne Funktion.

Besonders problematisch war jedoch die extreme Zimmertemperatur. Gerade an den sommerlichen Tagen war die Hitze im Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Eine angemessene Kühlung war nicht vorhanden. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Lüfter war leider ebenfalls keine wirkliche Hilfe und praktisch wirkungslos.

Aufgrund der Zustände haben wir uns schließlich dazu entschieden, noch am Anreisetag gegen 23 Uhr wieder aus dem Hotel auszuziehen, da wir unter diesen Bedingungen keine Nacht dort verbringen wollten. Eine Übernachtung war für uns schlicht nicht zumutbar.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass uns die bereits gezahlten Kosten nicht erstattet wurden. Wir mussten daher kurzfristig und auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel buchen, um überhaupt eine akzeptable Unterkunft für die Nacht zu haben.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Die Kombination aus mangelnder Hygiene, nicht funktionierender Ausstattung und den unzumutbaren Temperaturen entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel erwarten darf. Wir können dieses Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

è necessario essere chiari. Prima bisogna pagare e poi si ha accesso ai servizi tipo parcheggio. Non c'è reception ma solo un call centre.

A sanita muito feia e velha com muito mau aspeto… um ventilador no quarto muito sujo cheio de pó ! Muito calor nos corredores e no quarto … Um bocado complicado o check in, não há funcionário nenhum lá no hotel … não vimos ninguém então se não dominarem um pouco a tecnologia é complicado

Pros:

Emplacement et le rapport qualité prix. Heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur car très chaud dans la chambre.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé savoir que le chek-in se faisait de façon numérique, le matelas trop mou, poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée et l'écoulement de la douche un peu bouché.

Pros:

Everything was excellent! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
