Pros:

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area. It's a short walk to Tivoli shopping centre and the nearby tram line that connects to Zurich. The room felt very spacious and had a fridge that I could store food in.

Cons:

I wasn't really a fan of the pillows on my bed. I prefer pillows that are a bit more firm and provide support, but these were way too soft and so it didn't feel like there was any pillow under my head. The QR code that displayed hotel information stated that there were Switzerland power adaptors that could be borrowed from the kiosk in the lobby area, but this was misleading because there were none when I checked, so I had to buy my own.
