Buona esperienza nel complesso ma da migliorare staff e comunicazione

Struttura bella, moderna e accogliente. Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti e accoglienti, letto grande e comodo, e ottimi prodotti di cortesia. Molto utile il parcheggio coperto gratuito. La posizione è soggettiva, ma per le nostre esigenze era comoda.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo è stato difficile entrare: il codice inviato via messaggio era errato e il telefono dell'assistenza sul lato parcheggio non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto fare il giro a piedi con i bagagli per farci dare il codice corretto al telefono. Anche il check-in è stato lento perché un PC era fuori uso e l'altro occupato. Nonostante il check-out fosse comodissimo alle 12:00, alle 11:00 lo staff ha bussato e ha aperto la porta mentre ci stavamo preparando, il che ci ha infastiditi non poco. Non si dovrebbe assolutamente entrare prima dell'orario limite se la stanza è ancora occupata.

Nikome ne bih preporucio ovaj hotel. Bilo je jako vruce u sobama, klime nema a ventilator ne radi. Peskira ima za jednu osobu i ako je rezervisano za dve osobe. Automat za prijavi nije radio pa smo morali da telwfoniramo… sobu smo napustili posle 3 sata jer je bilo neizdrzivo i otisli u drugi hotel.

Pésimo y desagradable penoso much asco.
Pros:

Nada me gustó pésimo ni siquiera pude entrar en mi habitación .. me tuve que ir a otro hotel

Cons:

El trato la recepción ..no pude entrar en mi habitación y me tuve que ir a otro hotel y no me devolvieron el dinero. Sinverguenzas.. me colgaron el teléfono en mitad de la llamada sin solucionarme el problema

Keibn Personal vorhanden. Beim Buchen heisst es: Leichtes Check-in. Das hat mir Sorgen gemacht und tatsächlich war das Selbst-Check-in am Automaten ziemlich kompliziert. Beim Check-out noch komplizierter
