La ubicación.
Hice la reserva a la 1 am y en la app me aparecía que podía hacer un "early check in" y seleccioné que llegaría a las 2 am" en booking, me aceptó la reserva de UNA NOCHE pero llegando al hotel me obligaron a pagar DOS NOCHES, que se me hizo carísimo porque eran las 2 am y el check out es a las 11 AM, NO valía lo de 1 noche. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación porque el desayuno incluido estaba MUY malo. Y para hacer un UPGRADE a una habitación más grande porque fui por una emergencia de salud familiar y NO teníamos dónde quedarnos, pedimos cuánto era la diferencia y prácticamente me estaban cobrando OTRA noche completa por una habitación con 2 camas. No se me hizo lógica las opciones nuevamente porque solo sería por unas horas el cambio de habitación.
Lamentablemente no pude contactarles y hacer mi res4erva ; tuve q utilizar otra App; hice mi reserva y aparentemente todo estaba bien, hasta que recibí correo electrónico con el aviso que había habido un error en la reserva de uds después de 20 minutos pero ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles, tuve que buscar otra opción para quedarme en Pueble y obviamente ya no utilice su cadena de hoteles.

La ubicación es perfecta, de ahí pude moverme a mucjos lugares sin problema, estuve dos noches con mi esposo y dos hijos y las camas super cómodas y el cuarto limpio.
Además te incluye el desayuno.

El que hayan interrumpido mi sueño a las 9 de la mañana, que hayan abierto mi habitación interrumpiendo mi sueño, que no me dieran clave de wifi, que el horario del buffet es precario y que al aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido

En mi caso pocas opciones para ver en la televisión, mi esposo y yo fuimos por turismo médico ya que me operé de endometriosis y aunque no queríamos debíamos estar en la habitación por mi recuperación y teniamos pocas opciones de televisión además de que la pantalla era bastante antigua como para poner alguna streaming nuestra en la pantalla.
