recently I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. From the moment I checked in to arriving at my room, I was extremely happy with the service and hospitality.
I arrived very late, and although the restaurant was closed, the reception staff informed me that there was a night menu available through room service. Honestly, it turned out to be even better than the dining menu. The Murgh Butter Masala was absolutely outstanding — my brother and I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it again the next day.
I was initially apprehensive about extending my stay, but Manthan Vedant persuaded me to experience another night at the hotel. He was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. He was always available to assist whenever needed, and I am truly grateful to him for encouraging me to continue my experience at the hotel.
I was also having difficulty connecting my laptop to the internet, as my computer would not even detect the Wi-Fi signal. Pakhuri Patil and another colleague kindly took a look at the issue while I was having lunch, and they managed to fix it completely before returning my laptop to me. I truly believe they went above and beyond to resolve the problem. The service was exceptional, and they demonstrated a genuine can-do attitude.
The reception staff were always willing to help, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Manthan Vedant and Pakhuri Patil especially demonstrated outstanding qualities of kindness, collaboration, expertise, and professionalism. They genuinely went above and beyond to help, and they delivered exceptional customer service throughout my stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my visit so memorable.
During check-out, I had the opportunity to meet Manthan and Pakhuri in person. I had a lovely conversation with them, and they even helped me to my taxi, waited with me until I left, and waved goodbye.

Poor reception experience
I was not given tge room i had paid
Instead i was given inferiour room
Centrally located. Rooms (we stayed on the Club - 5th - Floor are very well appointed and comfortable.
Nothing specific. They could tone down the music in the elevators and in the coffee shop - it was too loud!
Excellent, wide spread.
One more mirror outside the bathroom could help people get ready parallely.
