Ho reclamato perché lo scarico dell’acqua del bagno era molto inefficiente. Non solo non hanno risolto il problema ma mi hanno proposto di spostarmi in una stanza molto più economica. Non è ciò che mi aspettavo da un albergo a 4 stelle.

Altro episodio spiacevole a colazione. Ho capito che mettevano i tavoli riservati per non pulirne altri. Quando mi sono seduto, mi è stato chiesto dal manager di turno di “alzarmi immediatamente”. Avevo osservato da vari giorni che a quei tavoli non si siede a nessuno quindi non erano riservati. Quelli erano gli unici tavoli con le sedie provviste di schienale.

Thank you for a memorable stay!
Pros:

I thought the best part about this property would be its location but I have so much more to praise! The location is extremely central, with an elevator access just outside the building that leads to the basement level of the Ximen station. It is also walking distance from the Ximending market. The cutest Hello Kitty themed 7-Eleven is right underneath the building. Apart from that, we loved that the staff was so helpful and courteous. They helped us out with every small request.

The breakfast was exceptional -- with a wide variety of items to choose from! We already miss the creamy scrambled eggs, the soft breads and the little cheese cubes! The snack bar and chill zone at the lobby level is a great added touch, with light snacks and refreshments available from 1 PM to midnight, and the Coffee machine itself is accessible 24 hours!

The 7th Floor boasts of a really cool Kaleidoscope which is a great spot for clicking pictures! The 8th Floor has a very engaging play zone, we indulged in some giant lego blocks to build our own version of the Taipei 101 -- felt like we went back to being kids all over again!

The room itself felt a little small for us, but as we spent 9 nights here we got very used to the space. The bed is super large and very comfortable. Just like the name of this property, we ended up having the best quality sleep at Just Sleep. The restroom is spacious and has a bidet, makes life comfortable! The shower pressure is great, and the counter space around the sink is large enough to house all the make-up and skincare!

西門近くで3人以上泊ならお勧めです。
Pros:

子供連れ家族利用を想定してキッズコーナーや卓上ゲームもあった。トリプルで泊まれるホテルは少なく、4人掛けテーブルもあり、近くの西門の屋台で持ち帰ったものでの部屋食にも十分な部屋の広さがあった。
朝食は7時からで美味しく朝食付きにして正解だった。

Cons:

シャワー温度設定が難しく少し操作しただけで熱すぎる状態になった。

入住時接待人員親切友善，還特別贈送VIP小點心（非常開心）隔日退房後回程取寄放的行李，因為突來的大雷雨造成全身濕透狼狽，櫃檯人員仍貼心地提供毛巾借用及打理的空間。非常感謝
