Pros:

We give House Keeping 10/10.
Lovely large room - Very clean and spacious. Convenient to restaurants, shops and shopping centre.
The Porter was friendly. Always smiling.

Cons:

We were not offered omelettes for breakfast, after seeing 3 other tables being served omelettes we then requested a vegetarian Omelette for breakfast. The waiter then served me an Omelette, I asked him what was the shredded meat on top ? He replied Pork 🙄 “I requested vegetarian”.
He then took it away and the waitress bought the correct order over - very miserable with no apology. Maybe she does not want to be there.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not consider staying here again.
The room was very dark, and the layout of the bathroom was inconvenient, with the shower separated from the toilet. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. It was clearly made up of two single beds pushed together rather than one proper double bed, leaving an uncomfortable gap between the mattresses. This made sleeping very unpleasant.
The location was another major issue. The hotel is situated on a narrow street where parking is extremely difficult. More importantly, the area is very noisy at night due to several nightclubs nearby. There was constant shouting, loud conversations, inappropriate language, car horns and general street noise. Around 3:00 a.m., a garbage truck also came to collect rubbish, making it virtually impossible to sleep properly.
Unfortunately, the attitude of some of the staff also added to the negative experience. Upon arrival, the security agent immediately tried to take our luggage and personal belongings, even though we preferred to carry them ourselves. The interaction felt more focused on receiving a tip than on genuinely assisting guests.
The reception experience was also disappointing. The receptionist was rather arrogant and condescending, particularly when we asked for clarification regarding additional charges at checkout.
We were charged approximately €40 for minibar items that the hotel claimed had been placed in our room, including chocolates, drinks and chips. However, the chocolates and chips were not actually there. This was very frustrating and raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the minibar charges.
My advice to future guests: check the minibar carefully as soon as you arrive and take photos of its contents before consuming anything. This can help avoid unpleasant surprises and disputed charges at checkout.

rien ne vaut même pas la peine d être sur booking à fuir très très vieux le mobilier de la chambre sur booking de bel photo mais loin de la réalité façade extérieur une catastrophe trop de bruit dehors les avis des gens qui mettent excellent n ont pas la notion de qualité le matelas hyper dur

Horrible Hotel Sale et le matin le personnel se cassait la figure. Devons-nous au petit déjeuner qui était servi au lieu de sept heures à 8h30. Je pense qu’il y a un gros problème c’est plus l’hôtel qu’on connaît avant

Le lit et la douche au top. J’ai aime le petit dej il y a du choix et c'est bon
Je ne suis pas allé au spa du coup je ne me prononce pas mais les tarifs étaient correctes pour le spa

La vue de mon balcon avec le vis à vis obligé de garder le rideau fermer donc pas top pour l'intimité
Je déconseille le restaurant j'ai commandé une pastilla franchement à part quelqu'un qui ne connaît pas la vraie pastilla peut aimer. Petite de taille pas les saveurs de la pastilla et super cher pour ce qu’on nous sert. Bref je conseille l’hotel mais manger ailleurs si vous avez faim ou gros appétit. Le petit dej est au top à l'inverse
