A pesar que el hotel está en una zona movida no escuchaba nada de ruidos ,el personal fue amable y cordial y atento lo que nos hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial

My stay at Bab Hotel Marrakech was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.

When I arrived, I was given the wrong room, without the facilities I specifically requested during booking. The first room was extremely noisy, with constant car horns and street noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep properly. After complaining, they moved me to another room which met my expectations better in terms of the room itself, but unfortunately the noise was even worse.

Another frustrating issue was the room key system. The key card constantly stopped working. If you spent even 10 minutes outside the hotel, by the time you returned, the key would no longer open the door and you had to keep going downstairs to reception for another key activation. This happened repeatedly throughout my stay and became extremely exhausting and inconvenient.

What made the experience more upsetting was the attitude of the reception staff. They were unfriendly, rude, dismissive, and at times very disrespectful whenever concerns were raised.

The worst part happened during checkout. I was initially asked to pay an extra 80 dirhams for drinks from the fridge, which I agreed to. However, after asking me to wait while someone checked the room, they suddenly claimed I owed 210 dirhams, accusing me of consuming drinks that I had personally bought outside the hotel. I repeatedly explained that the additional drinks were mine and not theirs.

The situation escalated badly. Despite telling them I was about to miss my flight, they closed the door and refused to let me leave. I had to force the door open while staff members shouted at me publicly, calling me names such as “thief” and other insults. During the confrontation, my phone was snatched and my screen got broken. The shouting continued outside on the street until I brought out my tablet to record the incident, at which point the staff member finally backed away. Rien vraiment rien et je déconseille c’est hôtel ! J’ai réservé une suite pour 2 nuits et à la fin j’ai passé mon séjour dans une chambre normal à cause du bruit de l’extérieur si comme si je dormais dans la rue ! Et jusqu’à aujourd’hui j’attend ma facture de l’hôtel j’ai payé pour une suite alors beaucoup de différence entre les prix je devrais recevoir un remboursement qui n’est jamais arrivé ! En plus les photos sur les sites c’est de l’arnaque pas vrai du tout , et l’emplacement c’est au centre mais dans un cartier ont des bars partout et c’est un vieux hôtel j’étais dégoûté de ce séjour (petit déjeuner catastrophique rien de spécial !) qualité prix il vaux même pas 2 étoiles
